"The food was excellent. We enjoyed the carpaccio, mushroom soup, halibut, and steak. However, I was quite disappointed with the service, especially for a restaurant with such high ratings. We had to request bread and a second glass of wine, and there was a long wait for someone to clear our first course dishes. Our server was handling everything on their own; I noticed someone serving water, but it seemed like there was no one to assist with clearing tables. If they were understaffed, it would have been helpful if they had mentioned that and apologized—we would have understood. It felt as though we were always waiting for service rather than having it offered to us proactively. Unfortunately, given that it was our 20th anniversary dinner, the experience fell short of our expectations."
