"I placed a pickup order at this restaurant and was extremely impressed by the service. Despite ordering online, when I arrived to pick up my food, the staff had it ready for me without any need for prompting. They were super friendly and even provided me with some remedies for my hoarse voice at the time. I ordered the dry-aged beef meal for $11 ($4 extra for fries and a canned soda), which I found to be a good deal based on the menu prices. The fries were thick-cut but still had a crispy exterior and a soft interior. The burger was a decent size, but I felt it was a bit dry. Although the price was on the higher side for a fast casual burger. I was disappointed by the lack of sauce options for the fries; despite requesting fun options like honey bbq or mango habanero, I only received ketchup, mayo, and mustard packets. I also tried the cookies and cream milkshake for $6, which was delicious and tasted like real ice cream. The size was generous, and it had a great cookies and cream flavor with Oreo crumbs. Overall, the food was average, but the standout was the excellent service provided by the staff."
