"Good dessert-tea. Service was extremely quick, and the staff were kind and helpful. One helped me put my drinks away, and gave me a free drink holder. The drinks with full sugar were a bit too sweet for me, but that is customizable. It is definitely a tad expensive, where one drink is around 5-6 dollars. Weird Experience: recently, I tried participating in the Final Fantasy event, where if you buy 3 drinks you can get a keychain or mount. The staff said that the keychain was out of stock, but I could see some on the counter which were not in display case. This caused me to feel extremely bitter. I understand that one of the staff members could have acquired one of the keychains through the event, or that it was an alternate display, but it definitely put a damper on the experience, and made me feel a bit distrustful.
