We had the coconut milk tea and the star berry matcha latte. They were delicious! Our cashier Cathy was super nice!

We order from here a lot. The drinks are good and so are their waffles. The staff is friendly, especially the owner. Will continue to support.

Cute bubble tea store with fun decor, table games, and mini crane games. Many different types of beverages to choose from. After talking with the staff (who are very knowledgeable and friendly), I chose a Matcha latte milk tea with boba -very tasty!

Great location and wonderful drinks. Really want to shout out Anthony. He was very attentive and engaging with all the customers. I watched as he took several kids orders and showed each of them the direct attention and respect as a regular adult would recieve.I was still at a table when he got out from behind the counter and went to join a table. My favorite bubble tea spot! I always order their Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea with extra boba milk foam. I typically place an order at least once or twice a week through their mobile app, where I earn points because I love GongCha and seek it out wherever I am. This place is fantastic since they're open until 10 or 11 PM! It's not far from my house, and they provide excellent customer service, always preparing my order perfectly and promptly.

We've been to some of their other locations, and this by far is the best experience we've had in ANY boba tea location EVER. Why? Anthony, he, not only was SUPER friendly, he UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH. He didn't seem bothered to explain what the different drinks involved. It was actually a pleasure making an order, and we ended up ordering more than we usually would. Often, we get blank stares, unintelligible replies or rude looks, and then they ignore us and start speaking a different language. Most times, I order in fear and just accept whatever comes out, even if it means I have to throw it out so as not to go thru the process over again. Management was very rude to employees, spoiling my experience. I recently came here while visiting family in Towson. I ordered the milk tea with pearl and the employee taking my order was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and kind great customer service! The reason for my poor review is because I take issue with the manager who has orange hair. While I was waiting for my drink to come, I overhead the orange haired manager being very demeaning to the younger employees. She also raised her voice at the employees and was very impatient towards them. I felt so disturbed. I felt disgusted that an older woman would treat her juniors like this.
