"I wish I could give zero stars. I just went through the drive-thru and waited for 10 minutes. I ordered one #2 combo and one soft taco, but they accidentally charged me for two #2 combos. Long story short, they didn't charge me for the extra and gave me the second #2, which came with three soft tacos. I drove straight home from Taco Bell, which is only five minutes away. However, when I got home, neither my daughter nor I could eat the food because it was ice cold.
I called the manager and politely explained the situation, mentioning that they were serving cold taco meat. He responded with, "Well, you placed your order 20 minutes ago." After I clarified that I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru, he accused me of eating the tacos on the way home and implied that I just wanted free food. It’s disappointing that a multi-billion dollar company can’t replace a couple of tacos simply because of their ego and pride. This is truly shameful. Corporate, you need to do better in choosing who runs your restaurants.
