Food making me fight for my life on the toilet. 0/10 Don't recommend.

The tortilla dish was prepared in very stale oil. Ah! After this experience, I wasn't able to try anything else!

Food wasn't correct and whe. I explained that to the person working they got upset because I asked them to fix it !

If you decide to use the drive-thru, be sure to inspect your bag. Every time I've visited this location, there’s been an issue. Whether it’s a missing fork, several food items that are left out, or chips scattered everywhere. On one occasion, nacho cheese spilled all over the bags and other items, which I didn’t notice until it got all over my car. The staff is friendly and usually resolves issues well, but I highly recommend checking your order before leaving, as you're likely to find something’s not right.

Today, they got my order mixed up with someone else in the drive thru. I realized as I was pulling onto the highway. I turn around and went inside to let them know. I was going to just eat what was given to me, but it was truly stuff I didn’t like. Either way, they were super nice and fixed the mistake immediately. There were tons of people who seemed to be a bit impatient. I totally get it! It’s fast food and I understand you want your food fast, it’s called fast food for a reason. However, I just wanted to leave a review because they truly seemed really low staffed and had a line wrapped around the building. They have multiple “Now Hiring” signs around the entire place. I wish I could give zero stars. I just went through the drive-thru and waited for 10 minutes. I ordered one #2 combo and one soft taco, but they accidentally charged me for two #2 combos. Long story short, they didn't charge me for the extra and gave me the second #2, which came with three soft tacos. I drove straight home from Taco Bell, which is only five minutes away. However, when I got home, neither my daughter nor I could eat the food because it was ice cold. I called the manager and politely explained the situation, mentioning that they were serving cold taco meat. He responded with, "Well, you placed your order 20 minutes ago."
