"We were super excited to try this after seeing it on a travel vlog we follow and while the experience was fantastic, the food (steak and corn) was not very good. Our steaks were all overcooked (we ordered one rare and two medium) and we ended up havingto take one of the steaks back because it was so well done our daughter couldn’t cut into it. We did visit on the first nightof Rendezvous which is probably their busiest weekend of the year. My husband and I are both in the restaurant industry andhonestly think they were just trying to get ahead of the crowd by pre-cooking and storing the food in the cast irons.Unfortunately, ours had just sat too long. I would definitely give it another try if we’re ever back in Wyoming."
