Firehouse Subs - Carta

I consistently receive my food, but when I do, it’s usually incorrect. I tried calling after placing a pickup order, but it seems they weren’t trained on how to answer the phone properly. All I got were disappointing sandwiches.

I got a fly in food the other day and I’ve heard others complain about this problem as well. When I asked about it they joked around saying they would make me another one not taking it seriously. Back in the day flies in the food used to be looked down upon but I guess not anymore.

My kids love to eat here! Great service and the subs were made perfect. Met the assistant manager and gentleman at the register and both were very kind! I hope Firehouse can keep friendly workers like these with the job market the way it is. We will continue to support with our business. Ver carta

Great sandwich options, helpful employees. My only reason for not going higher than three stars is that the tables were not clean and no other patrons were seated in the restaurant. It seemed that it could have been a simple task to wipe down those tables during a moment with only one customer. But the food was terrific and the girl behind the counter prompt and professional.

Sandwiches were great here last year, but the Italians I had yesterday were terrible. It was practically only bread and Mayo- almost no meat or spices and completely lacked the cheese and pimples. There was a sign outside to say that they are short employees, so in this situation I understand when waiting times are longer, but the quality of food should not suffer or you will lose customers.

Everytime we go is usually always good. This time was spectacular.. I placed my order online and it got sent to a store in Texas, not only did one of the girls working help me figure out how to get a refund, she also included brownies and drinks on my order for the inconvenience that wasn't even her fault. To some, it may just be a brownie and drink, but to me it was an act of kindness and WONDERFUL customer service. I wished I caught her name but I unfortunately did not. Little things matter. One crew member I think I heard Max or Matt) touched his hair with his gloved hand. He was also touching his sweaty shirt to wipe his face. When I called him on it he got an attitude with me. The manager said nothing. He finally washed his hands and got new gloves. The third crew member Sierra) said sorry about it. The whole time I was in there the first kid kept arguing with the manager and had an attitude. Food was great and respect to the female crew member Sierra) who spoke up. Maybe I will be back when the male learns about hygiene and sanitary conditions.

Update: I?ve called multiple times to the niceville location about getting a refund and they keep telling they cannot issue refunds from orders on the app. Offered me a free medium sub when I come back. Like I am going back there?.my order was way more than a medium sub. I placed a curbside order through the app at 5:58pm for pick up at 6:10pm. I arrived at the store at 6:14pm and called the number on the window to let them know I arrived. I stated my name and car make/model and that I had a curbside order. The young lady that answered said ok and hung up. I then waited in my car for my order. After 20 minutes I called back. At 6:34pm I called back and said that I had been waiting on my curb...

Used to be a decent place to eat, not anymore though. Last couple of times there the service was slow and food was bland. Went again this past weekend, and it was just a disaster. Not very busy at all, no greeting or smiles, waited a long time to order and the person that finally took our order acted like he was very annoyed we were there. Ordered our usual hot sandwich, chili, mac and cheese and drinks. Took a VERY long time to get the order up, finally went up to ask about it and the three employees acted like they were unsure we had ordered anything.
