2024 update review-I had to update my review. Sadly the woman who originally owned and was a phenomenal cook)it is not there anymore. The quality of the food has significantly gone down. The current owner/ cook made a good effort at trying to make her food but was definitely not the same. Will have to find a new place for good quality German food. Past review)I am from out of town and this will definitely be one place I will be returning to when I’m back in the area. The bread is homemade. The sausage are juicy and flavorful. The sauerkraut is light with a little tangy bite, very good.

We had the pleasure of dining and celebrating my birthday with family last night! From the start we felt so welcomed by Apple and her friendly staff. We had a variety of delicious entrees and sides, all homemade and loved by all. The variety of schnitzel and Spatzle reminds us of the 5 years we lived in Germany and was just as delicious!! Apple’s special attention to our 3 grandchildren 10, 8, and 4 was so special and appreciated. They loved their entrees especially the pork dumpling soup, schnitzel strips and French fries! The Hungarian goulash with spatzle was as good as my Hungarian grandmother’s and our dinner brought back such fond memories of Europe! This is our favorite family restaur... Ver carta
