"I haven't been out to eat since my husband's death. They had a hamburger I was interested in trying, and I had a coupon for it. I decided to go to the restroom first, and my first impression of the place and cleanliness of it started there. It was disgusting. I cringed. I didn't want to touch anything, and after you washed your hands you had to touch everything. Needless to say, my first impression wasn't a good one. Before I continue, let me say I don't have a problem hiring handicapped people. I think it is a great thing. My problem is putting someone that can't speak well, isn't friendly, basically shoves a cup in my face, is not one to put at the counter. For someone hearing impaired, it was frustrating. I got the chili cheeseburger, large fries and med drink. I asked for the fries to be fresh and well done. When I got my meal, it appeared the fries were what I asked for, but when I started eating them, I could tell they were old fries that had been put down again. When I got to the hamburger, I took one bite and I had to wrap it back up. It had been rewarmed. There was not any kind of sauce, or anything on the bottom bun so that made it even drier. You could tell the beans had been rewarmed. I had to douse it with mayo, mustard and catsup to be able to eat half of it. The place has gone downhill big time since my husband and I frequented it. We liked it better than the competition down the street. Even the customer base is different. I took the plunge to go out to relax and destress. I was so disappointed. The place just felt unclean. Oh, I also saw a kitchen employee go out to his car two or three times, and never once did he wash his hands before returning to the kitchen."

Fast and friendly service at drive through. Food was awesome when we got home to eat it. Eat in and was awesome. Service great. Manager was nice.

do not buy wat a wings not even wings shows wings but its pieces of meat not even bite size and they going charge 9 dollers for it. I won't buy again... Ver carta

The past few times I've dined here the line has been very long and slow. Definitely much longer than you'd expect for a drive thru. When food was recieved it was good and as expected.

The Honey Butter biscuit is fantastic! However, my mom wasn't a fan of the spicy version because she typically doesn't like sweet and spicy combinations. She prefers something that's hot and savory.

Dined in, hot food, great service, friendly cashier and staff that provided napkins, condiments. Great place, I will be back! (In fact I went back the next day haha) Also, my wife is gf(sensitivity), not many options, but she ordered a burger without the bun. Ver carta

Blevin the assistant manager is a stand up employee, after the NIceville High school graduation flooded the store at the end of his shift, he without hesitation offered to stay late. With a line wrapping around the building Blevin and his team quickly took action by taking orders and got customers through the line. Great leadership and teamwork by all.

Wow, the service at the counter was fantastic! Our food arrived quickly, and everything was fresh. Oh my gosh, the ketchup is the best I've ever had at any burger place! I'm really looking forward to when the economy gets back on track like it was a couple of years ago. Then, we won't have to ask for ketchup, and napkins will be back on the table. I can't wait for those days to return. Whataburger, you are definitely our favorite!
