"Adriana's may not be the hidden gem it once was, but that's perfectly fine since the restaurant's popularity ensures it will remain in business for a long time. I visited last Thursday for lunch with my sons after hiking at Castlewood State Park. Although the parking lot was quite full, we were quickly guided to a booth. The service was prompt; we received our menus right away along with some amazing chips and salsa (seriously, the salsa is fantastic!) and our drink orders were taken quickly. Even though the place was packed, our lunch orders were taken swiftly, and I was served an ice-cold cerveza (much deserved after our hike!). Our food arrived about ten minutes later and it looked just as delicious as it tasted (the steak chimi is a must-try!). If you find yourself in Castle Rock or the Franktown area, I highly recommend checking out this restaurant. They offer outdoor seating, but we chose to sit inside where it was pleasantly cool after our 2+ hour hike; the interior is inviting and clean. One last tip: be kind to the staff, as they really work hard to take care of all the tables!"

First time dining here. Came here with family that lives in the area. Everything that was ordered had fresh ingredients and flavors were great. Tamales are my personal favorite. Will definitely be coming back when visiting again. Highly recommend trying this family run restaurant out.

We decided to bring our family of five, including our kids aged 1, 4, and 6, to this restaurant for dinner, and it turned out to be one of the busiest days. We waited an hour for a table, but it was absolutely worth it. The food is truly delicious, and the restaurant is family-owned with excellent service. We had the pleasure of being served by the owner's daughter, who was incredibly personable and attentive, even though she was managing a high volume of customers. I do have one minor complaint, though—Adriana won't share her salsa recipe with me! My husband and I would return just for the salsa. We're already excited to go back and try more dishes!
