Ambassador Fish And Chicken

The food is decent, but they need to improve on accuracy when it comes to orders. Every time we order from them, there is always a shortage of chicken wings or shrimp in our order, and it is usually mixed up.

This chicken is really good. I spent Thanksgiving in NJ and needed to provide fried chicken for the family. They were open and provided friendly service. They called me when my order was ready for pick up. The chicken was so good, my family requested another box on the following day.

Picked up an order for uber another day and the smell of the food was AMAZING. So I had to place an order for myself and I loved everything, especially the shrimp ? it was delicious! The restaurant has changed drastically. Previously, they served a tasty fluke fish dish, but today I received two small, overcooked fish. The coleslaw was served in small portions and lacked flavor. The French fries were plentiful, but lacked taste. It was disappointing to waste so much food at a place that used to serve delicious meals. The changes have not been for the better.

Poor customer service skills. Requested a bag to carry my food as the flimsy chicken boxes break easily, but was denied. In addition, my order was not fulfilled properly as my wings were undercounted. The restaurant lacks organization in their collection and ordering process, resulting in long wait times. The workers show little concern for customer satisfaction. I will not be returning to this establishment. View menu

Okay. one of the employees became impatient because I was made a complaining of my 10 pieces wings hard fried. I would have asked for my money back. Although he has a little softer..as I tried to reason with him..he haveily snach the 10 peice of me and gave another complain about me.all huhn will be the same..unt line.i will never visit this site again..Customer service is very brutal and ekelting.mind them all, for dealers $12.26 it seems.

The food is great, the service was also great!! But!!!!! Where this one is located is not the safest of neighborhoods, a lot of hanging out,,drug activity,, so I say why chance getting robbed or worse for something to eat, I suggest go to one of their other locations,:::::::::::: Today is the 27th of March 2022,, two weeks ago I wrote the review above last night 1 person got killed and two injured at or very near this location..if you got to have some chicken,,I highly suggest AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go to another location.
