"Ok. So. One of the staff members became impatient because i made a complaint of my 10 piece wing being fried to hard. I should have ask for my money back..thought he would refry a bit softer..as i tried to reason with him..he hastily snach the 10 peicefrom me and gave another complaining to me about..all chicken will be the same..bottom line..i will never visit this locationagain..customer service is very brutal and disgusting..mind you all, for $12.26.. it seems some merchants and customer servicepersonnel will treat customers like the money u pay has no value."

This spot is always consistent! It may also be the best of their 3 locations in the area. They take credit cards here also. Chicken is always fresh and cooked just right! It's finger licking good!

The food is decent, but they need to improve on accuracy when it comes to orders. Every time we order from them, there is always a shortage of chicken wings or shrimp in our order, and it is usually mixed up.

This chicken is really good. I spent Thanksgiving in NJ and needed to provide fried chicken for the family. They were open and provided friendly service. They called me when my order was ready for pick up. The chicken was so good, my family requested another box on the following day.

The restaurant has changed drastically. Previously, they served a tasty fluke fish dish, but today I received two small, overcooked fish. The coleslaw was served in small portions and lacked flavor. The French fries were plentiful, but lacked taste. It was disappointing to waste so much food at a place that used to serve delicious meals. The changes have not been for the better.

Poor customer service skills. Requested a bag to carry my food as the flimsy chicken boxes break easily, but was denied. In addition, my order was not fulfilled properly as my wings were undercounted. The restaurant lacks organization in their collection and ordering process, resulting in long wait times. The food is great, the service was also great!! But!!!!! Where this one is located is not the safest of neighborhoods, a lot of hanging out,,drug activity,, so I say why chance getting robbed or worse for something to eat, I suggest go to one of their other locations,:::::::::::: Today is the 27th of March 2022,, two weeks ago I wrote the review above last night 1 person got killed and two injured at or very near this location..if you got to have some chicken,,I highly suggest AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "A true gem in this town! Street parking is available along with a small private lot located in the back of the restaurant. On numerous occasions had lunch or dinner and every time had wonderful experiences. You have the option to sit at the bar or table. Pick the tables located against the wall for an intimate experience. The owner/manager Angelo is amazing! Nothing speaks louder then an owner on the floor doing the duties along side of his employees. Bravo!! The food overall is always superb. I recommend the grilled chicken Cesar salad and fried calamari. All tastes freshly made and portions are just right for the price. Your bar/drink option is full. Go for the Pinot Grigio or Zinfandel when having their pasta."

"drive through the opposite so hungry, I checked happy cow and found urban vegan was close! on the way there I knew that after the online viewing of the menu I was looking for the chicken sandwich or the chicken biscuit, both sounded delicious I could not decide. when I asked the staff there, they said that the sandwich was a customer favorit, so went for it and it was delicious, I decided for the Yaum sauce, because I could not resist the name and it was good, but I bet the spicy remoulade would have been great, I think I would have preferred a bit more of a kick. pays the additional $2.00 to update from the side salat to the sweet potato friries and they were perfect! my partner got the black-eyed Erbsenburger and wanted it without a cheese, but it came with a cheese anyway, so he scratched it, he upgraded to the side of the plantains and said both were good. I'm not a fan of mushy' patty, so I didn't try it myself (or the plantains would recommend for a fast food fix."

In the last three weeks, I have frequent Fornos on an average of two/three times a week, and every time I sat at the bar, to order my meal... these bartenders have tried to bully me into leaving a certain tip percentage of the bill...one bartender thought I did not leave a tip...and he said directly to me ... he will not serve me , and I was like what is going on?? , Just because, HE THOUGHT I DID NOT LEAVE A TIP , ... I already left a tip, and I had to get the other bartender to confirm that.. it is NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THEIR SALARY AND I REFUSE TO AND I WON 'T, PERIOD!! LET 'S BE CLEAR, I LEAVE GREAT TIPS, 20% OR MORE ...I AM A VERY GENEROUS TIPPER, AND I TAKE PRIDE IN THAT!! HOWEVER, I WILL NOT BE BULLIED INTO TIPPING FOR SERVICE AT THE BAR..CRAZY!! "On Wednesday 12/06 I went to Banzai Sushi, I have never received such bad service in my life… Every time I remember my experience, I get angry, the waitress is rude and has a horrible attitude! It's a shame because the food there is wonderful, but the service is so SO BAD that I lost my appetite. When I got there, there was some water spilled on the table, she took my stepfather's DIRTY NAPKIN to clean it and just left it there. When I asked for things she responded with an ignorant, rude tone. My partner doesn't eat any type of animal protein other than shrimp. So we asked if we could replace the salmon with shrimp in a poke, she checked in the kitchen and said everything was fine. When she came back, I placed my order and she was doing something at the other table, but said to continue because she was listening….my partner also talking about swapping salmon for shrimp at the end and the waitress replies “so it's not like that at all what you want, is something different” and simply left leaving us talking to the wall. When our order arrived, my order came out wrong. I called her and she simply replied “BUT ALSO, WITH HER MAKING ALL THIS MESS WITH SALMON AND SHRIMP…”, sorry, but for me that was the end of the bite. It's okay to get the order wrong, I know it happens, but blaming the customer? Every time she passed by our table I saw her making faces and looking at the kitchen. I thought it was a huge lack of respect, we are paying customers. On top of that, it also includes a 15% tip. Normally, if I receive good service, I will give 20%, after all, I work in customer service and value professionals in my field. And if the service was just bad, I wouldn't bother coming here to report it... But it was horrible"

"It is a trendy place with cool vibes and convenient location. It is just steps from Harrison Railway Station and Red Bulls Arena. Despite the proximity to the arena, it seems that they still adapt to the handling of the post game haste. We visited after a game and our experience was just ok. We were lucky that we sat fast when the ones who arrived soon had to wait for places. But everything after that just took too long. When we enter our order, get our order, just get a hold of our server, everything just took too long. Until our food we had pizza and there was nothing from this world. It was a bit too fat for my pleasure, the cheese just melted off and made it particularly dirty. While this is not my cup of tea, I know that there are people who enjoy their pizza in this way. I think they have to get used to a rush. Despite our moderate experience, we would visit again."
