"Just go here if you cook your meat slowly and smoke well. If you are looking for something like one of the many chains, or several locations, Well, this can not be the place for you. There is nothing glamorous or luxurious about the location, the building or even the ride there. So if you need an ambience, it's not the place for you. If you need a place to see and see, this is not the place for you. If you want to repay for mediocre or pedestrians, this is not the place for you. You should only come here if you like your meat tender and damp. The type of experience where the meat slides, literally, gracefully out of the bone and rests quite tenderly on the tongue, waits for you to chew. The ribs are so good that you want your sauce on the side, so you can immerse yourself in your spare time so that the sauce does not interfere with the experience that is the meat itself. So, for $10 (yes, TEN dollars) you can really NOT try it once. Or twice... just say."

I called and spoke to Andrew himself. He buried my daughters wedding reception on Sept. 22 So I will reserve my actual food evaluation until then, but his customer service is excellent. We had to change the time for the truck as the invitations had a time type! Andrew was completely understanding and cooperative. He calms me down that he had the food I can spend my worries about something else. Thank you, Andrew. Now to the flower wall....

So. The service wasn't great. I called an order, found that the menu online was not true what was available, then it was said that the order would really be in 15 minutes. I came after 20 and was then told that they were ready to cook my meal and it would be ready in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, my food was finally ready. That means the BBQ was fantastic. In fact, it was good enough that I would like to relive the long waiting time to get more.
