"We did a call in order. Husband went and picked it up. I got the Pick 3 plate. I chose three crunchy beef tacos. Asked for extra cheese and no tomatoes. Double rice/no beans. I was pretty surprised when my husband brought me the order and only one taco, then middle one had cheese. Very little cheese at that. The other two had NO cheese at all. I phoned the restaurant to let them know that I had no cheese on two of my tacos. Also had no cutlery or napkins. The girl who answered the phone informed me that if I want cutlery, I have to ask for it specifically. She also told me that they assume that people own silverware. I told her that people who get orders to go sometimes need to eat in their car or wherever they may be. I told her about the cheese and she told me that I can come back up to the restaurant and get the cheese. Wth? No customer service to be had with this one. No regard or respect. Horrible. I won't EVER go back there. We spent $33 to not have any way to eat our rice. Yes, we were not going home as she assumed. Guess she doesn't know what happens when she assumes. Terrible. Food sucked, too. Greasy tacos soaked. Husband's food was just as lousy. SMH Food: 2 Service: 1"

First time there. The chicken stuffed chili relleno (I had it topped with queso vs red sauce) was outstanding! Service was excellent! Loved this experience. 12/12/24 seminar. We have been dining here regularly for a few years now. If we venture off to other restaurants, I can’t help but to compare the level of service we ALWAYS receive at Angelina’s to these other places. I have never had bad service (or food) here. Every single server in this place is fantastic. Isabel and Robin are obviously doing a great job at training the staff to provide this level of service. Our drinks are never empty our orders are never wrong and the servers are friendly. Five stars all the way around. Service was topnotch it wasn't very busy but even when the dinner rush was coming in we had servers making sure we did not want for anything even the owner came and talked with us all the food was good and came out hot and in a timely manner thumbs-up to the staff all working together and making us feel like vip's I was watching and all the table's seemed to have more than one person taking care of them keep up the good work other places could learn from this this Parking: I have a 4 door dueilly and found a spot easy in and out Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Salsa, Fajitas Parking space: Plenty of parking Park...

"First, I ordered sweet tea that tasted as if it had been sitting out for a week. As mentioned, I'm usually quite easygoing, but this was so unpleasant that I almost felt sick after drinking it. I suspect the filter isn't cleaned regularly, which made me uneasy about the food, so I simply requested water instead. To make matters worse, the music was incredibly loud. I had to shout—no exaggeration—just to be heard by the person sitting right next to me. This venue simply isn't suited for loud music; it’s small, and the sound has nowhere to escape. While the music itself wasn't bad, I unfortunately couldn't hear my companions at all. It was so loud that I could feel the vibrations through the floor and walls. After a long day, I was looking forward to relaxing and chatting with friends and family, but instead, I left with a headache. We also waited close to an hour and a half for our food. I understand this may happen with a larger group and while the restaurant was short-staffed. However, I noticed that other tables who were seated after us got their food, finished eating, and left before we were served. The restaurant wasn't crowded at all. When we inquired about our order, the manager assured us, “it's coming out right now!” But then we waited another ten minutes, and not all of the food was even ready. As for the food, it was mediocre. I had requested my burger to be cooked medium, but it arrived with such a bright pink center that it looked like it had barely spent a minute on the grill. My dad, who is a former professional chef, noted that my burger was far from medium and even considered saying something to the cook due to how undercooked it was. I ended up feeling too disgusted to finish it. The manager was very nice and offered us complimentary beignets for the wait, but sadly, the food did not justify the experience at all. It may be someone else's cup of tea, but I'll choose a different place next time where I can actually enjoy my meal and have a conversation."

"My family used to go here often, and they stopped going 2 years ago because the food is not good, a hair came out in the food and when my housekeeper complained, she told her that they were not theirs. Last year he decided to give it another chance, when I ordered two Huaraches it came without avocados. When I told him that they had olives, the Old Man said that they were already very expensive, which was extra. I didn't come back until today, and the Huaraches are the same size as the sopes, and they are the same thing, obviously they don't know Huaraches. The dough was very thin, dry meat, and the sauce was seriously like pure vinegar, nothing flavorful, I swear. Without axajejar, the quesadilla or El pico or the cream. To finish it, Mr. and Mrs. are the most aggressive people I have ever met, they have nothing professional about a business. I don't like them so much and I try to be professional but that's how they seem like one of those bitter old men. They give comments for everything, I asked for a quesadilla, asked how much it said $6 and looked at the menu that with rings and beans $7 I still hadn't been charged and I didn't even give them my order and there sighing oh you said it's rice and beans and I said yes but for a $1 more yes, as if it costs so much to write it down, it seems like they don't want to sell. I tell you, they have Tacos y más and A few minutes more tacos Valeria than those, they are delicious, I HOPE that one day, they will eat the food willingly, as if they were going to eat it themselves."
