"So I was a little bit disappointed in this place given the drive I had to take to get here and the problems I had finding parking. The service was a little bit lacking. You wait on a line to order, and I get that it's busy at this time. You hope to hell that they have your phone number right as you're going to have to wait to get texted to pick up your food. Expect a good long wait on your food. After they text you, you think to yourself that now you finally get your sandwich, but then you have to get in a long line to wait to pick it up. Thankfully, they do put it in a warmer so by the time you get there your sandwich is not cold. As to the sandwich itself: it's decent but it's not as good as you can get at John's roast pork. The bread is the best part of it as it is very good at holding up to the meat and cheese, and the toasted sesames are great. The meat itself was just okay. Okay. And overall flavor was just okay. For the cost and the wait and the parking situation, I really don't feel it's worth it. Part of me wants to try their Pizza, but no time soon."

My only complaint is that there is no where to sit. Put that a side, everything is delicious. Pizza was great but the cheese steak was the BEST I ever had.

Philly's finest pizza, but expect to wait awhile. It is not exactly the wait that bothered me it is more so them telling me 20 minutes but ended up being an hour!

The Angelo's cheesesteak was very good. It cost $17 something. I paid with a $20 and they put my change directly in their tip bucket without asking. Super shady. Will never go there again. View menu

Kinda disappointed in this place. We had the Cheesesteak. The meat flavor was okay...lots of cheese. The bread was too chewy. Maybe this place is good but the hype may have set my expectations too high. The lines are long and probably not worth the wait.

Not really much to say here. Best cheesesteak I’ve ever had and possibly the best pizza. Can’t wait to come back and get another cheesesteak. Expect to wait an hour for the food though. Not sure if that’s everyday but I went on the weekend. Well worth the wait!!

Worth all the hype! I had the cheesesteak with Cooper sharp cheese, onions, sweet peppers, and Mushrooms! Absolutely incredible! So flavorful and greasy in the best way possible. Get there early and bring cash. I got there 30 min before opening and was 7th in line. It's worth the to wait! View menu

Popped into Philly on a one-off trip. Had seen Angelo’s mentioned in some YouTube reviewers in the past. So solid. Pizza was light, crisp, and soft — packed with real flavor. Quality ingredients for sure. The spot was hoppin, everybody trying to get a taste. I wish we could bring one to West Texas.

Food took 45 minutes, just like the bouncer out front and the girls at the counter said. Cheesesteak was as good as advertised. Pizza I saw looked amazing. Because it’s all takeout I hope Angelos contributes to trash collection in the neighborhood because every trash can we saw within a block of the place was overflowing with Angelos garbage. Just hope they’re half as good as a neighbor as they are at making tasty food.
