"We have eaten at Arriba's many times since they opened years ago. The food, marguaritas, chips, salsa, hatch chiles and bean dip were the best. The service is good most of the time. The last couple of years, it has been hit or miss with the food. There's about a 50/50 chance the food will be good. It was so bad last night that I was prompted to submit a review. We ordered our usual: chicken fajita quesadilla. There was not the usual vegetables inside, nor the delicious sauce. It was dry and we are not sure what the meat was??? It was dry, rubbery, chewy, and tasteless!!! Definitely not chicken! So sad that management does not seem to have oversight with their cook staff. We will now be looking for a different southwest cuisine restaurant."

Food is good, service was way off tonight; it took more than 45 minutes to get four entrees delivered. Looking past the above experience, you can get decent representations of New Mexican food, love their hatch chile and anything with fundido sauce menu items.

Could use louder music. Turn the volume up a little. Not a lot but just a little. Over all service and food here is great. Awesome job to all the hostess and hosts, waiters and waitress, and definitely the chefs. Some great food. Chili Verde and Colorado and just killer here.Kid-friendliness: Sundays they have a clown View menu

This place needs major help for their waiting staff. Took more than 15 minutes for someone to take our order and get us drinks and another 30 minutes to serve us. When we finally had our food, everything was bland. The flour tortillas for our fajitas were super rubbery and cold. You are better off at a fast food place. I don't recommend.

Always look forward to Arriba when visiting family here. This last visit was horrible. The food was bad, as was the service. Three of us had the sampler platter, and half the food was not edible. The waitress was not attentive. We chatted around the table for at least twenty minutes after we were done, and the table was still full of dirty dishes when we left. Unfortunately, we will be going elsewhere next time. Will not take a chance on another experience like this last visit.

This location is the worst. Service is horrible, our server never stopped to even see how things were. When we ordered she basically rushed us. Never was polite, your a server, you need to have a good attitude! The food was bland, especially the rice, the rice was hard. Not to mention, the floor was wet and no one ever took the time to clean it up. We asked for a drink menu, and she said they dont have one! Ive been to other locations and know they have one. The server made sure her interactions with us were minimal. View menu

I like this place. The food is good and well priced. Their chips and dip are delicious. Drinks were good. We did have pretty Horrible service. The server was just too busy. He was nice so that was great but left is sitting waiting for the bill and I finally had to get up and get to go boxes and he still never came over so I had to find him to get the check. Honestly that was the only bad thing. I will definitely be back. I love the patio area outside too. Super cute. Cool bar area. All in all a great cute place with good food.

Lauren the bartender was AMAZING as was every staff person who helped me. I was greeted immediately by lovely and enthusiastic employees when I walked in Friday just after 5pm, I was promptly brought chips, bean dip and salsa by a smiling young man and happily greeted by Lauren who promptly made me a delicious margarita and took my order. She was so sweet and great with the other patrons as well! To make a long story short, she took very good care of me and went above and beyond to turn my dreary day around! I can't wait to share my experience with my friends and come back with my family!

"i’ve been coming to lacuna for over two years now and this little gem is definitely one of my favorite places to be. i’m not much of a review-writer, but when i feel passionately about places (good or bad , i get inspired.as someone who leads an alcohol-free lifestyle, it is SO nice having this option to unwind and create some art, relax, or hang out with friends. i’ve truly made so many wonderful connections through lacuna that i will cherish for a lifetime!it’s also a great place to get work done. i work remote, so i spend a good majority of my week here at my second office ; the BOGO happy hour deal comes in clutch.i think it’s really great that there is a mix of events now too, not just strictly DJ’s performing 6-7 nights a week. (although i do absolutely love the nights when there’s a DJ as well ! the variety of events is great; chess tournaments, community coloring, workshops, recovery groups, massages, yoga etc. there’s been a lot of engaging activities that i enjoy attending or participating in.i feel like lacuna has become a lot stronger in both the workspace and community-front in the last year or so too. the kavatenders all have such a warm and positive energy and always make me feel special when i come in. it’s nice seeing management interacting with customers and staff more too. it’s nice overhearing the positive feedback from management to staff (or staff to staff , and hearing the conversations that the staff members have with guests. there just seems to be a lot more connection overall. lacuna is growing and glowing for sure. <3the price increase is a bit of a bummer, but in a time with inflation… what can you really do? i personally TRUST lacuna with their product and that’s what keeps me coming back. i know they put both quality and care into their products and it really reflects. it can be a pretty penny if you’re getting multiple drinks, but fancy craft cocktails at a regular bar can be the same way. plus, my points add up so quickly i get pretty frequent discounts with their reward system. it’s not the end of the world!i appreciate the subtle changes in the bar layout and decor too. even the little things keep it feeling fresh and a little new each time you come in.the *only* “negative” thing i have to say about the space is that it can be difficult to order a drink or close out a tab sometimes. there’s rushes and it gets busy, but sometimes it feels as if one staff member just isn’t enough during these times. sometimes there’s not a lot of communication about this either between staff and people trying to close out, but i’ve been coming here for awhile now so i know what to expect. if you’re in a time crunch, just give yourself a little buffer or cushion of time to get closed out (or order to go right off the bat and close out immediately .all things considered, though, 5 stars all the way around! lacuna is an ever-evolving, ever-growing spot and i’m excited to see what the future looks like for you guys! : bulaaaa!!!!"
