I placed a small order through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, my order was missing the $3 spring roll. The restaurant insists that they included it in the bag, which was not tampered with by the delivery driver. Despite this, the restaurant was unable to resolve the issue, causing me to lose faith in their service. Delivery service was the only aspect of the experience.
