"I was so disappointed I drove 30 minutes to this location to grab a pepperoni pretzel and he only ones they had were all burnt. Then the server tried to state that that's how they come out when that's not how they come out. Mted cheese doesn't look like burnt cheese. So disappointed. What's even more disappointing is when I get to my car I realize she gives me the wrong dipping sauce. Please if you get a paycheck from this place pay attention to what you're doing. No matter how much the cost of the food is, people prefer quality food over burnt food."

Yesterday, while shopping at the mall, I ordered a cinnamon roll and a salted pretzel for my son and me. Both snacks were delicious, and the man who took my order was kind and friendly. It was a straightforward and enjoyable experience!

The cinnamon bites were warm and delicious. Upon arrival at the Auntie Anne's upstairs location, I was promptly welcomed by two friendly young women who were very helpful. My husband has visited both locations and has consistently had a wonderful experience.

I wouldn't rate them a 1 star, but that's the lowest option available! The customer service was non-existent. I ordered a bucket of pretzels online and received a bucket of cold pretzels instead. They lied to me three times, claiming they were fresh. Buyer beware!

When I asked for a refund, they claimed that the fish was fresh, but I suspect otherwise. The service was poor, and when I requested to speak with a manager, they said they needed to consult with someone else. Additionally, they spoke in a language that made me uncomfortable, leaving me unsure of what they were saying. View menu

The staff at this restaurant is rude and often engages in unsanitary behaviors, such as sitting on counters while using their phones or touching their hair and money. The so-called manager, who goes by the last name Tapia, always has a response if you voice concerns about the quality of the food. Additionally, they frequently announce they're closing when it's only 15 to 20 minutes before the official closing time.

Horrible customer service by an employee. She was eating a pretzel with her back turned on the phone. The other male employee was taking a customer. My mother was trying to grab the attention of the woman to ask a question and she stays unbothered not moving or responding. The male employee stares at her waiting for a response and we walk off. I love their pretzels and I?ve never had an experience like that before. I pray that they find someone else to give better customer service.

We recently stopped by Auntie Anne's at Triangle Town Center and were impressed by the fresh and delicious soft pretzels. Ray Wilkins manages the store with great care, guaranteeing excellent quality and customer service. The pretzels, skillfully made by Monterius, were noticeably better than those from other Auntie Anne's locations we've tried in North Carolina. It’s amazing how the same ingredients can produce such a distinct and superior flavor. Kudos to Ray, Monterius, and the entire team for their exceptional work. View menu

The second time I returned at 5:00, another staff member, this time a woman, also rushed us. She wasn't very attentive and also provided poor customer service. When I apologized for taking a moment to decide, she just stared at me. Again, we received our food without any interaction. I understand that staff may want to finish their shifts, but there's no excuse for being rude. The food is amazing, but it's not worth putting up with such poor customer service. Both times, I almost chose not to order. I can't recommend returning here.

went last week and the cashier looked hispanic with a name tag on that says Andrea, is so rude...no customer service skills at all. monotone voice, attitude, eye rolling, and rushing customers to pay and get out of her face. I wanted to smack some color into her pale face. I will never spend my money here again with those dry pretzels. they need to be closing like every other store in that mall. all the employees at the downstairs location are having a party, on cell phones and not focusing on the product nor their poor customer service.

"I've been to the new Irregardless twice now. Once for a rather disappointing late brunch and a second time for a fabulous welcome back to town dinner. Their prices have definitely risen to The point where I won't be able to visit as much as I used to (and they also don't know what Eastern versus Western BBQ is, but I won't hold that against them). They're very conscious about vegan options and the dishes are still as high quality as I remember them being under the old management. Disappointed not to see any Raleigh brewing on the draft menu but the drink menu was very good. I got the most expensive vegan option of course. A North Carolina BBQ prepared maitake mushroom on mashed potatoes with a gorgeous, perfect amount of broccoli. Now the fiction kitchen has an Eastern BBQ plate which I love So I was very surprised when it showed up with a ketchup/tomato-based sauce. It was delicious Even though it was a western NC style barbecue sauce. Haha (My mom got the salmon The time blackberry cheesecake was divine. I hope they keep that one around because I'm definitely coming back for another slice. I'm happy to report that the staff are excellent, warm, friendly, and professional. Our waitress was friendly and delighted to answer all of our questions since we hadn't been for dinner yet. Brunch, the music was a little loud and by the time we actually got a table they were out of everything we wanted to order which is a little disappointing and speaks to poor planning. We did get was small but delicious. Not sure I would try brunch again unless I was really hankering for their brunch specifically and if so I would get a reservation a week ahead of time. As a person who's gone to this specific restaurant for over 2/3 of their life, I'm just glad that it's still exists and is in such good hands. I just hope they read up a little bit more on barbecue in North Carolina. And make more vegan things"
