"Wow is this place a mess. They desperately need to hire more staff. I had to give my order multiple times and at that point I was the only customer. They are also out of basically everything. Their shelves are completely empty- maybe they're going out of business and closing soon? There were only two people working there which is insane for a bagel place on a Sunday morning. Both staff workers kept getting confused and arguing with each other. Meanwhile a long line formed and the customers in the line remained unacknowledged for over 10 minutes. Unacceptable. I ordered 20 minutes ago and I'm still waiting for my bagels. I might just leave at this point since I'd like to eat before tomorrow and the bagels I did see come out were all burnt. Might be a great place to shelter from the cold and stare at the white walls, but not a place to go if you want to eat."

The restaurant has new owners since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. I decided to give it a try, but unfortunately, they made almost every order wrong and were not very friendly. It's disappointing because the restaurant is conveniently close to my house and on my way to work.

Did a catering order from here and the service was outstanding. From inquiry to order to pick up. The staff and owner communicate every step of the way. The bagel and muffin are were delicious. The bagel itself is good but not the best i ever had; for that I still think Supreme Bagel in Springfield is the winner in NJ. This place does satisfy a bagel craving enough... too much cream cheese applied but i think i should have specified... place is small, kinda clean looking. The only skeevy thing for my personal opinion is the long hair out while preparing food- I personally think anyone preparing food should have their hair pulled up or back and not loose in any fashion- or a hairnet while preparing would be good. I chose to use Uber Eats to order a late Sunday breakfast and boy do I regret it. First off, our order was missing French fries which I paid for as a separate side item. For the two egg platter, looks like they ran out of bacon so they just gave us two soggy pieces of sausage. Horrible! Not to mention that the same combo was missing the toast which is standard for this two egg platter order. Egg and cheese bagel had no cheese; not sure how you can mess that up when it's clearly in the description in your menu.
