"I made this reservation 4 weeks prior to Valentine’s Day. We had never eaten here and we had been wanting to try it. Looking forward to going there for weeks. We get there and are brought back to a back dining room and attempted to seat us at the last table in the back corner. I sat down and there was a huge draft coming in from the wall, it was unbearable cold. There were heaters set up and it was still frigid. We asked to be moved and they moved us away from the wall to another table in this back room. The waitress was so accommodating and very sweet but many people were moved for this reason and I could tell she was getting frustrated. Each group that came back to be seated complained of the same thing. Granted it was the coldest day of the year but this area needed to be heated better and don’t subject your patrons to this. When being walked back, there were numerous empty tables and when we left there was also 5 empty tables in the front of the restaurant. The management did try to accommodate everyone and kept coming to the back room to fix the heaters but not an area that people should of been served dinner. My other complaint was the menu, I wasn’t informed when we booked that they weren’t offering the full menu. The dinner price was overpriced and the servings were small. Not somewhere I would recommend and not some place I’d return to."
