"I am here for the ASPA Conference, so I wanted explore the downtown area close to my hotel. Most of the restaurants were closed or closing. I searched quickly as it was raining, located this restaurant and headed there. Upon arrival the atmosphere was a classic mix of oak and metal aesthetic, music in full swing for the bar/club scene. The music was not traditional Spanish music, the staff was also not ethnic, so I was skeptical. The waiter was NOT welcoming but I ignored this because I was hungry .I order a chicken taco, a steak taco, chips and signature salsas with the Barrio margarita. Well when the tacos arrived I knew this was not authentic Mexican food but the new style cuisine. The chicken was flavorful but the avocado slices were bland with no flavor. The tortillas were some new style and didn’t hold at all. The steak taco was not worth it at all, the meat was red and tuuufff Overall, the food was ok, I didn’t mind spending $20, the waiter never brought my drink) I asked the food runner does she bring my drink, then another waiter came over to check on me and brought my drink over. I would not recommend but if you drop in you can find something to hold you overnight.??"

I would avoid this place. Food is just ok but tapas style which just means your group’s entrees just come out whenever they decide. Not really a great choice.

A tequila bar in Minnesota, can you believe it? Haha! The extensive flight menu lets you sample more premium flavors at a reasonable price. The food was delicious, but it lacked that authentic Mexican seasoning.

Calling all tequila connoisseurs! Not enough vegetarian options--I think just one taco option as of today's date--but it's still a very good place. Tastes authentic. Cozy but city vibes. Bartender was good company. Tequila is also great to look at and taste. View menu

The tacos are fantastic! I typically order the special, which comes with a couple of tacos, chips, salsa, and guacamole. They offer a variety of salsas to suit your spice preference, whether you like it hot or mild. The cocktails are great, and they also have a selection of mocktails.

Great late night eatery. My husband and I stopped here after a comedy show to get something in our bellies, and we were not disappointed. Drinks were refreshing, I had the baby cita mocktail. We shared the chips signature salsas and queso. Loved the crispiness of the chips. He had the sandwich cubano while I had the chicken tamal (delicious!!! and the grilled steak taco. Wasn't a fan of how the taco was presented, it looked very sloppy, but tasted great. All the food was flavorful and tasty! Would recommend. :
