Terrible customer service and barely any flavors to choose from. Would not even take our order from the counter when we were standing RIGHT there talking to them.

Great place to stop! It was a Baskin-Robbins connected to a Dunkin' Donuts, and I’m really glad we chose to go there. We experienced excellent service, and the staff went above and beyond.

The staff at the restaurant informed us that we were not allowed to order ice cream directly from the counter. The manager explained that we could only place our ice cream order through the drive-through.

The customer service at the drive-thru today at 8:55 was terrible. The young lady working there could only say "nope" and did not have a friendly attitude. It seems like they have not yet received any training on how to provide good customer service.

Fantastic stop! This Baskin Robbins, located next to a Dunkin' Donuts, was a delightful discovery. The service was outstanding, with staff who were friendly and eager to assist. The ice cream was delicious, and the interior was clean and modern. It was a convenient place to take a break before continuing our journey. I drove over an hour to pick up an ice cream cake that I was assured was available, along with more in the freezer. However, when I arrived, I discovered that was entirely untrue; they didn't have the cake I requested at all. The staff member didn’t apologize, which only added to my frustration. It’s incredibly disappointing that they would give false information. I believe they should reimburse me for the gas and time I wasted.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit! This location was a combination of Baskin Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts, and I was very satisfied with my time there. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and accommodating staff. The ice cream was delightful, and the restaurant's interior was clean and contemporary. It was an easy stop to make before continuing my journey. The only reason I didn’t rate it five stars is that it's part of a chain, but I would certainly stop by again if I get the opportunity!

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru tonight around 8:55 PM. The young woman working there provided poor customer service and primarily responded with "nope" to most of my inquiries. They have been out of Gold Medal Ribbon for a month and had no information on when it would be back in stock. Additionally, when I requested a Chocolate Chip shake, they informed me that they didn't have that either. Overall, I was very let down by the service and likely won’t be returning. The manager or owner should work on better inventory management, particularly for popular flavors, and it’s clear that customer service training is needed for the staff. View menu
