"Soft vanilla is gritty, it was last year when we tried it and it was this year as well. They only shake on a few sprinkles on cones. Got arctic swirl on two different occasions, it comes out way to soft, melty, candy pieces are so small that it looks like they are put through a food processor. Any place else you get chunks of candy. So not satisfied."

Sundae’s are good size for the price not cheap on the fillings or toppings. Folks are always polite. They serve you with a smile. It takes a few minutes to get your food but it’s always cooked fresh. I keep coming back.

The portions are consistently generous, and the staff is always friendly. My daughter requests an umbrella every time we visit, and they are very accommodating. I appreciate all the activities they offer, and the covered seating area with games is a wonderful bonus. View menu

My husband and I went to Below Zero for the first time. The ice cream was really good. I ordered a small chocolate in a dish and was surprised by how much I received. We also sat at their picnic table area and they had music coming from the speakers. It was a pleasant experience and can't wait to go again.

My favorite ice cream place! They have the best chocolate malts ever! I used to get brownie sundaes with peanut butter added, but they were occasionally made incorrectly (probably just a miscommunication, but that happens!). Regardless, this will always be a five-star spot for me. The staff is friendly, and the ice cream and food are fantastic!
