"When I finally received my drink, it was completely flat—every soda from the fountain tasted like sweetened water. As for my burger, it lacked any flavor and tasted burnt, even though I was hungry enough to eat anything; I ended up throwing away nearly half of it. This was surprising, especially since the place had a wonderful smell wafting through. The wait time was also absurd considering there weren’t many customers. The final straw for me was when the young woman who took my order reprimanded me for placing my metal tray in the wrong spot. I didn’t see the shelf above the trash can and decided to bring the tray to the far end of the counter, thinking that would be helpful since I didn’t want to leave it on the table. Instead of being understanding, she sharply said, “DON'T SIT IT THERE, SIT IT OVER THERE, OVER THE TRASH CAN.” While she wasn’t shouting, her tone clearly conveyed her irritation. I replied that I had thought it would be easier to place it there and hadn’t noticed the shelf. After leaving the restaurant, I headed to see my stylist, who informed me that the establishment was black-owned, which suddenly explained a lot. As a proud member of the black community, I feel we need to strive for better. It seems there’s often a tendency to provide subpar customer service in black-owned businesses. The atmosphere here was neither inviting nor professional; it reminded me of a corner store, and I regret not walking out instead of placing an order. On a positive note, the location is nice, and the tables and floors were fairly clean. The menu had some good ideas, but the execution fell flat. With improved customer service and more skilled cooks, this place could really thrive. For now, though, I can say with certainty that I won't be returning."

I enjoyed my burger! Cooked well. It was the Wagyu burger. Love me some Bleu cheese on a burger.

As for vegetarian options, the Beyond Burger is soy-free and they offer both lettuce wraps and gluten-free buns. View menu

Good burger, but too expensive. I know everything is expensive, but $37 for two burgers, one onion ring a a single soda... too much.

Just had their new Reuben Burger. It was delicious! Their fries are great too; nice and crispy. The service is fast and friendly. Well be coming back.

Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Food was good. Kids loved the sliders and freshly fried onion rings and fries. The works was good. The chipotle burger was little bit on the salty and messy side(maybe I chose wrong sauce or something) but everything was fresh and good. Thank you View menu

I placed my order online, and it was ready exactly when they promised. In my opinion, BGR serves better burgers than Five Guys, In-N-Out, and BurgerFi. Their menu offers everything from a reliably delicious classic burger to a uniquely extravagant option that is still incredibly tasty. My personal favorites are the Triple D and the Wagyu Wellington.

This has been a regular stop on our travels for years. The food and service are consistantly good. Our burgers are, indeed, always grilled right. I love the unique monthly shake flavors, though wider straws would help keep the larger fruit bits from clogging it, or just being stuck at the bottom. We do miss the character tables, though! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a cut curb to the sidewalk in front of the shopping center.
