Food was very good. The only thing about the salad bar was the crackers were all broken up.. The bathrooms had something sticky all over the floor.

The food was incredible and fresh. The staff member who took my order was very polite, and everyone was quick. I called ahead and had my food ready in just 10 minutes.

We moved to Tupelo from Florence, AL and I wasn't sure if I was going to find a place to replace my favorite BBQ spot in Alabama but I believe Bishops BBQ is it. They have great pulled pork that is always cooked just right and full of flavor. I like the ve the sweet potatoes as well. I've only been twice but I'm already looking forward to trying the rest of the menu but it's hard for m we to not order the pork plate. I say give this place a try if you're looking for great BBQ.

I have never called in an order and been on hold for less than 20 minutes. On two separate occasions, I drove to the restaurant while still on hold and saw the employee not taking orders but instead playing on her cell phone. Once, when I hung up and called back, the employee yelled at me, claiming she was the only one available to take orders and that they were extremely busy. However, my husband was in the store for 10 minutes, and there was no one else there, while I was on hold for 45 minutes during that time.

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews for restaurants, but I feel compelled to share my experience at Bishops in Saltillo. Unfortunately, the staff are among the rudest I've encountered. They consistently sigh, roll their eyes, and exhibit an attitude for no apparent reason, despite my efforts to be polite and kind as a customer. My order has often been incorrect, and on two occasions, I was put on hold, only to be hung up on after several minutes. I really wish there were more dining options in Saltillo because, if there were, I wouldn't return to this place. View menu
