"This restaurant is absolutely awful! I ordered a grilled chicken salad with extra chicken and extra cheese, but the first two croutons I tried were practically salt blocks! There was barely any cheese, and the chicken had an unusual odor. When I called to request a refund, I was told they could either remake the salad or give me a gift card. Why shouldn't I be entitled to a refund? Whatever happened to customer satisfaction? I was prepared to return the entire salad! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! This place is a joke! I feel like I wasted $12!"

"I typically avoid leaving negative reviews for restaurants, but I feel compelled to share my experience at Bishops in Saltillo. Unfortunately, the staff are among the rudest I've encountered. They consistently sigh, roll their eyes, and exhibit an attitude for no apparent reason, despite my efforts to be polite and kind as a customer. My order has often been incorrect, and on two occasions, I was put on hold, only to be hung up on after several minutes. I really wish there were more dining options in Saltillo because, if there were, I wouldn't return to this place."

"This was actually the worst experience i’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. it started off okay with our chips and drinks. i ordered a daiquiri that tasted fine but was not fully blended so half the glass was just big chunks of ice. we ordered our food and proceeded to wait over 30 minutes for a P-5, a mushroom quesadilla, and a side of beans. Immediately when we received our food i thought my P-5 was the kids meal due to how small the plate was. i called our waiter over asked him and he said that was the full size so i opted to pay for some extra rice at least. even then i receive MAYBE 1 scoop for an extra $2. I then tasted my beans which had a literal sour taste to them. they were so bad i couldn’t even swallow i had to spit them out. once again i call over the waiter and try to tell him the issue and ended up just having the beans removed from our bill. we got our ticket at the end and i saw i was charged $12.58 for my P-5 that included about 2 scoops of rice 10 bites of chicken. The mushroom quesadilla came on a bigger plate than my rice. If i could rate 0 stars i would. i also overheard other customers complaining about their orders as well. Bathroom toilet was also clogged as well and smelled like a sewer."

"The food was not as good as we remembered in the past. Maybe we chose the wrong menu items, but the kids chicken tenders w/fries, fried shrimp plate, and hamburger steak w/ extras were all very, very overcooked and without much flavor. Everything looked like it was previously frozen from a bag, with nothing resembling home cooking. Our server seemed annoyed with being there, and getting drink refills and condiments was like pulling teeth. We left very full, but without the want to return. The sides portions were also very slim, so any hopes of taking home leftovers was non-existent. We always love browsing in the store, so that was the highlight of our experience."

"I waited at the counter for 10 minutes without receiving any assistance. The employees were preoccupied with their cell phones, and since I was the only person in line, there was no excuse for the lack of service. Eventually, I had to leave without being able to get food for my toddler or myself. I will never return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Kent's food is consistently fresh, and their catfish is cooked to perfection. I’m not sure who the young lady is that delivers the orders to the car, but she is always very pleasant and always asks if there’s anything else she can do for you. Kent's truly excels in two areas that are becoming increasingly rare: outstanding food and incredible customer service! I apologize if this review seems overly enthusiastic, but this team truly deserves all the accolades and more! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!"

"I enjoyed a delightful dinner at this restaurant, with a meal priced between $10 and $20 per person. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. "My wife and I recently had another wonderful meal at El Potrillo, which is about 25 miles from our home. You can tell a Mexican restaurant is good when the salsa is flavorful and the refried beans are properly seasoned. This attention to detail extended to all the other dishes we've tried as well. It's definitely worth the drive to the charming town of Saltillo for a fantastic dining experience! Service: Dine in."

"This restaurant ranks on the lower side of Mexican cuisine options. I ordered the fiesta dip, which was overly cheesy and lacked balance with the other ingredients. I also sampled a quesadilla with steak and chicken, but it came across as rather bland. The strawberry margarita I had was also disappointing. On the bright side, the prices were reasonable, so I guess I got what I paid for. However, I would recommend checking out Acapulco in Tupelo near the escape room; it's a significantly better choice."

"We and some friends have had the delicious homemade burgers and onion rings, hand cut fries and Hell fries, pancakes and sausauge, scrambled eggs and sausage, turkey and ham club sandwich.
