"I ordered online and was very disappointed when the pizza and cheesy bread arrived uncooked, with raw dough inside. I realized there was an issue as soon as I took a bite. When I called to inform them, the employee told me I should have checked the pizza before picking it up. I explained that it was actually delivered, and I was shocked that anyone would expect me to look underneath the cheese before even taking it home. He then asked me what I wanted him to do, sounding completely indifferent. I offered to send him a picture as proof, but he didn't seem interested in addressing the problem at all. He refused to refund my money or send me a replacement pizza. I will definitely be contacting corporate about this issue! I won’t order from them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do so either. Now I have to worry about my children biting into raw dough! What a disappointing experience!"

The slice of cheesecake was quite small and had a soggy bottom, but it still tasted delicious!

The pizza was stale and lacking flavor. It's surprising how someone could manage to get pizza so wrong!

Worst pizza ive ever had. Had no taste. Comes with nothing like ranch or garlic sauce. Gave me the wrong drink. I threw it all away.

I really wanted to give this place a 5-star rating, but we ordered a pepperoni and olive pizza and there were no olives at all. This is our first time ordering from here, so it's not a promising start, especially on a Monday evening when olive toppings aren't the most common choice. View menu

I used to buy from this location regularly over 2 years ago and it was great. Tonight I decided to stop buy to buy 2 orders of cheesy bread. When I got home I realized why the boxes felt light, the cheesy bread was cold and small, there was no marinarasauce in either box either. It is 11:37pm and of course I?m not returning to take it back so I lost my money.

Best pizza Ive ever had, living in nyc my whole life- eating from Roberta?s to 2 Bros. This is literally that fictionalized fantasy pizza you dream about. The ratios are perfection- the crust perfectly chewy and crunchy at the same time, the gooeycheese, and the sauce? literally can?t believe I walked past it for 3 months and only just tried it. I spent today justdaydreaming about having their pizza again.

Two guys were working around 2 PM on a Saturday. My food took an eternity to arrive, even though I had ordered ahead (lunch special of deep dish pizza and a soda). To top it off, there was an actual hair baked into my slices. The dough was undercooked, and the deep dish had no crunchy crust whatsoever. I could have overlooked the lack of crunch, but finding a long hair cooked into the pizza was simply unacceptable. View menu

I wanted to try a new pizza place in the area since I always order from the same spot. I thought, why not give it a go? However, the bottom line is that if you're looking for good pizza or even just a basic New York-style pizza, don't order from BK Pizza on Wyckoff. It honestly feels like I’m eating Domino's. I can't say for certain, but it definitely seems like the sauce truck from Domino's might have lost a few cans on its way down Wyckoff Avenue because the flavor is identical. The wings, on the other hand, taste like frozen supermarket wings that were just heated up in the microwave.

I placed an online order for a pizza and cheese bread, but both items were undercooked and raw. I was shocked when I took a bite. When I called the restaurant to report this, the employee told me that I should have checked the pizza before picking it up. I explained that it was delivered, and questioned why I should inspect it beforehand, even if I had picked it up. He then asked what I wanted him to do, seeming indifferent to my situation. I offered to send him a picture as proof, but he wasn't willing to refund my money or send a replacement pizza. I will definitely not be ordering from them again and can't recommend this place to anyone. Now, I have to deal with the fact that my children...

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
