"During my previous visit, I appreciated that you seated us just 50 minutes before closing on a Friday night. We were traveling from Orlando to Pittsburgh and made a stop in Mooresville for an overnight stay with family. I quickly searched for dinner options and was pleased to find that Caruso's was open until 11 PM! After checking into our hotel, I rushed back to ensure we wouldn't be turned away. Even though I was dressed in my comfortable travel clothes and didn't have time to change into something more suitable for such a classy restaurant, I was thrilled with the food. As someone who is well-acquainted with Italian cuisine, I often leave disappointed when dining anywhere outside of areas with a strong Italian culture, which can be common south of the Mason-Dixon line—save for a few notable exceptions. But this restaurant truly delivers. The Bolognese was outstanding, with just the right amount of sauce and a perfect blend of ingredients. The linguini was also fantastic; it could have been fresh, or they may have used a technique that makes boxed noodles taste fresh, but regardless, they were cooked to perfection. I enjoyed listening in on the eclectic conversations around me, even if I would probably disagree with them on many topics; everyone was united in their praise for the food, service, and atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend this place. After a couple of glasses of wine, I felt inclined to tip my hat to this wonderful restaurant, hoping to hold onto this experience for many years to come. While there's no kids' menu, my picky eaters loved sharing the Bolognese and, of course, indulging in the bread. Our waiter was fantastic—friendly and down-to-earth. I felt like I could have shared stories with him for hours. Dining here is very affordable; it's half the cost of a steak dinner, yet you’ll likely leave feeling twice as satisfied and content. Italian food has a unique way of doing that! Grazie!"

"Three seniors went for lunch. It's my first time here. Much larger place once inside. It gets a large lunch crowd almost filling facility. Service is very prompt and attentive. All three of us had the Verde Enchiladas. We asked for extra Verde salsa, which was promptly received. Diet cokes were constantly refilled without having to ask. Bill was quickly processed. There is plenty of free shopping mall parking. Handicap accessible. Lots of Mexican restaurants in the local area. Sauza and Azteca. I judge Mexican restaurants first by quality of salsa(s) and chips, enjoying spicy flavourful salsa and warm softer chips. Neither were present but that's just my preference. Come early because it gets crowded and noisy, making conversations hard."

"There has been a new owner for a while who is making lots of changes. We had stopped going as the food and service was horrible but the now owner has fixed those issues. Food is good and lots of great specials. The remodeling has been a work in progress and with everything they do the atmosphere becomes better. If you were like me and avoided the place for years it's definetly worth a revisit as it's done a total 180. I had to delete my 1 star review I posted year's ago to post this one."

"I love a good wing. Crispy, flavorful and lots of parm and garlic. That's just what I had here. I ordered a 5 piece order and it was plenty for one. My friend ordered the wings hot and the wings were smothered in sauce. We both got a side of ranch with our wings and I have to say it tasted homemade. The dressing was rich and creamy. We also ordered the garlic fries and they were delicious. This place was jumping for a week night and everyone looked to be having a good time at this local hang out. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture. They have live music on Monday's and they have fun activities to do while visiting here. Our waitress was great and she made sure we had everything we needed quickly and checked on us several times."
