"bright, pleasant, crunchy are the cakes come to think my mind, back two culinary experiences that we had during our short trip to oregon coast. we had vegan szechuan stir fry, tofu salat and pad thai nudel. the szechuan court was so good that we repeated. the sauce is light, brittle, juicy, offers a signature taste point, without exaggerating the veggies in the mix. I can not count how many vegetables were in the mix, we see, brokkoli, mushroom, flower cabbage, cellar, carrots, planks, paprika, water chestnut (extra grateful for it) each veg is cut into perfect to size and probably roast in wok for very short time with extra high heat. the Veg texture is cooked by, but light and crispy it was really delightful. pad thai was also loaded with probably beautiful vegetables, and reisnudels were soft and sticky as they should be. Let's not forget the sauce. I loved a wonderful mix of sweet, tangy, salty, spicy, all aromen.
