Blake's Lotaburger - Menu

I was looking forward to trying Blake's today but I won't be back. The hamburger was undercooked (almost raw) and the large fries were the same size as a medium.

wow 3 years ago this place was super, now the experience has mean man and my hera burger cold and the fries colder and they were slow. Youngsters who looked confused or didn't want to do their job. I'll never go there worse.

I believe the new manager, Marisella, is extremely rude. She practically threw my order at me and did not even say thank you when I did. She has always been impolite every time I see her. This restaurant has poor customer service. View menu

The management at this restaurant is excellent, with everyone working hard even when they are short-staffed. It's impressive to see 2-3 employees doing the work of 5. The Airport Lots Burger is the cleanest and most popular item on the menu. Any negative experiences other customers may have had were likely due to unappreciative customers.

All you folk from outside NM if you truly want to learn about NM cuisine this is the place. It's a regional chain of restaurants that give you a true NM experience from their breakfast burritos to their green chilie hamburger ?. So when visiting and you see the Blake's sign drop in wait a while because they make them after you order but it's worth the wait.

My husband went here today to pick me up lunch and bring it to my work. The food was good but it took them almost 45 minutes for the order. It was one small meal. Today, my husband visited this restaurant to pick up lunch for me to bring to my workplace. While the food was good, it took nearly 45 minutes for the order to be ready, despite it being just one small meal. Each time we have dined at this establishment, we have been disappointed. The staff appears unfriendly and disinterested in their work. As a newcomer to the area, I was looking forward to trying out a new restaurant, but the poor service has left me unimpressed.

no good experience! this place is already finished. to go into this position for a quick breakfast burrito. I put my order and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, while I saw others coming and going with their meals. after 20 minutes I asked about my order. no excuse. no care. they said it could take a few minutes. 10 minutes, these are 30 minutes. I have my breakfast. That was bad enough. I started to eat my burrito and noticed something very cold in the center. it was frozen, uncooked haash porridge potatoes! I have torn the whole thing. quality, training and proper management is lacking! I'm done with this place.

I have an online order for a chorizo breakfast burrito and a double meat it is a burger with green chile, no pickle and when I came home, my burger was not at all what I ordered. it had no chile, no salate, only a tomate and sneal. I took back the burger, the girl in the register took my burger and my reception and I sat down. I waited and waited and waited for almost 30 minutes and nothing. I went back to the counter to ask where my burger was, and the answer I had received from the girl in the register, we were very busy. at this point I lost my spirit and told the girl that I didn't care how busy they were, they screwed up my order and I had to come back and my burger should be a priority...
