The food and service was good, but the employees had the Spanish music very loud. It was rather annoying.

Location states they open at 6am and my order placed online was supposed to be picked up at 6.18, they did not open the doors on time and the girl who did had an aweful attitude, I was standing outside by the door for 20 minutes waiting for her to open the door , she saw me and ignored me

The cashier nicole is always super nice and helpful, she gets the line down quick and knows what’s she’s doing very well! the store is also mostly always very clean, more than the other locations if i’m being honest! the GM keeps that place running smoothly ! definitely my favorite location keep up the good work!!

This is the worst lotaburger I've ever been to. My order was wrong. I ordered no onions and pickles and got just that and ordered cheese. No cheese. I got 2 little ketchup packets,no napkins. Clean, and the receptionists are doing their very best to make sure they get the food served in time so that clients can continue with their own activities of the day without disruptions also, kids can get there choice of food and/or drinks and also some small space for them to run around though it may disrupt traffic flow inside but kids are always gonna be kids

Finally, a Blake's Lotaburger that serves its famous breakfast burrito all day! We live way out of town and rarely arrive in Santa Fe in time to order them for takeout. Now, we can stop by on our way back home and get two for the next morning's breakfast. Ask for extra chile; the red is my favorite. I can't speak to the rest of the menu at this branch or any of the other branches) as we only order the breakfast burritoe,and those as takeout.

My experience at your establishment was highly unsatisfactory due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of an individual who claimed to be the manager, identifying herself as Nicole, though I doubt that is her real name. Her behavior was incredibly rude and incompetent. While I understand that your team might be understaffed and busy, rudeness and disrespect towards customers are unacceptable. I work in customer service myself and understand the pressures of being understaffed and busy. On the 4th of July, we ordered seven breakfast burritos but received only six.
