"Although Blake's is sometimes referred to as a steakhouse, it offers much more than just steak. The menu caters to a variety of palates, featuring a good selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, sides, and entrees. After a moment of deliberation, I ordered the shrimp and grits. While waiting for my meal, I admired the restaurant's interior, which was beautifully decorated, visually appealing, and impeccably clean. My server soon brought out two cornbread biscuit muffins served with apple butter—a unique and delicious pairing. When my order arrived, I was captivated by its presentation. It didn’t resemble any shrimp and grits I had seen before. Instead, the dish featured a tomato and parmesan cake on a bed of sautéed spinach, topped with Tasso ham and surrounded by large shrimp in a sherry cream sauce. I was impressed by the chef's creativity in reimagining this classic dish. The flavors blended wonderfully, although I would suggest adding a bit more of the sherry cream sauce to better soak into the cake. The tomato cake itself was velvety and moist, beautifully complementing the shrimp. The Tasso ham added a delightful kick and richness to the meal. For dessert, I chose the cheesecake. I rarely order cheesecake, as I’m not a big fan and typically find that most are not house-made, resulting in a cold and overly firm texture. However, my server assured me that Blake’s cheesecake is prepared in-house, just like their other desserts. I have to say—Blake’s cheesecake was the best I’ve ever had. It was light and airy, with a texture reminiscent of fine silk. Adorned with a strawberry and a few blueberries, the flavor was simply exquisite! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Blake's, and the residents of Glennville and the surrounding area no longer need to drive far to find a quality restaurant like this—it's right in their neighborhood!"

I had lunch at Blake's for the first time today with family. Just reading food descriptions on the menu made my mouth water. The buffalo chicken wrap was delicious, and the staff was friendly! Looking forward to our next visit!

I highly recommend Blakes! The restaurant is beautiful, clean and the food is amazing! The owners are so friendly and everyone is so nice! Steaks are flavorful juicy and shrimp is cooked perfectly! Oh and the Gouda mac n cheese is killer!! Thanks for the great experience!! We love it and will definitely be back!!!

We received excellent and quick service from our young male server. The Brussels salad with fruit was absolutely delicious, and the pineapple chicken served with rice and vegetables was the best I've ever had. I only wish Hinesville or Savannah had a Blake's! Wow! I was really impressed. We have family in Glenville and when we visit them the dining options are always limited. Then we found Blake's. How refreshing! Great atmosphere, great prices, a variety of menu options, good service and the food was surprisingly good! Everyone's meal at our table was great. Definitely will be looking forward to going back next time we're in town!!

This has been Tina and I's favorite restaurant for some time now. Chris is an outstanding Chef. He has Tina eating food she never liked before. He uses fresh vegetables and herbs and is a genius at knowing which foods taste better together. The grilled shrimp are large and exquisitely seasoned. Steaks are tender and seasoned so perfectly you don't need steak sauce. We have eaten dishes we have only heard of before now. His freshly made desserts are unbelievable!!
