To make matters worse, when we dined in, there were no utensils or plates available, and we received no extra condiments."

The vinaigrette drizzle was absolutely amazing! I had never considered it before, but it was so delicious that I don't think I'll be able to enjoy pizza without it from now on. Truly the best pizza in town!

The pizza took a bit longer to arrive, but that's not the fault of the staff. They were just busy handling a high volume of online orders. So, be prepared for a potential wait if you're looking for a quick meal. However, the food is fresh and excellent, making it well worth the wait!

Blaze Pizza is my first choice for dining whenever I'm in Davis, CA. Although it's a small restaurant, the staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. I appreciate that they offer gluten-free crust for most pizzas and other menu items. If you give this place a chance, you won't be disappointed! View menu

I really love Blaze, and I think they have the best gluten-free crust around. However, during my last visit, I ordered artichoke hearts as my only topping, but I only got a few tough leaves—no actual hearts. There was also noticeably less arugula than usual. Come on, Blaze! I want to enjoy my pizza experience when I treat myself.

I appreciate the customization options available here; there are plenty of toppings like sausage, peppers, and garlic, as well as various sauces to choose from. The oven did a great job of crisping the crust, although the edges were a bit burnt. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor shaded seating available. I enjoyed my experience at Blaze and would recommend it as a fantastic choice for a personal-sized pizza that you can tailor to your tastes. Just be ready to wait a bit during peak hours.
