$6.00 for coffee, $8.00 a croissant. Highway robbery for okay quality, take your business to the dozens of other solid coffee joints.

This unassuming spot on Chambers is my favorite secret lunch spot it has good coffee and high quality sandwiches at reasonable prices. My only issue is that I wish it was bigger!

Delicious sandwiches! Friendly service. Was pleasantly surprised. My husband I both had paninis, he, the chicken roasted red peppers w/pesto I tried the turkey brie w/apples honey mustard. Both were yummalicious.

I absolutely love their Intelligentsia coffee! I had it black, and it was a fantastic way to kick off the day. The music and atmosphere were great, and the staff was very friendly. If you're looking for a positive vibe to start your day, this is the place to go! The croissant was a bit more bread-like than I prefer, but I'm definitely planning to try their bagels the next time I'm here!

I paid $6 for some mediocre coffee and asked for the Wi-Fi password so I could get some work done. They suggested I try connecting to the NYCLinkFree network, but that didn’t work. When I requested the password for the BlueSpoon network, they outright refused to provide it. I can’t believe a coffee shop wouldn’t offer Wi-Fi to its customers! The staff was also quite rude about the whole situation.

I nearly have breakfast at this café every morning. Their oatmeal is really delicious and hard to find elsewhere. The lattes are excellent, and they consistently deliver great quality, unlike some other places where the coffee starts to taste off after a few days. It's disappointing to see a closure notice for one of my favorite coffee shops. I also find it amusing when people complain about the WiFi and the bathroom situation. Almost 95% of shops in NYC don’t have a bathroom, and most people have internet on their phones. If WiFi is needed, folks can always use their own hotspots. But I understand that some people are never satisfied and always need to find something to complain about. View menu
