Bò Né Houston - Menu

The liver pâté is delicious! However, the bread hardened quickly, so it's best to enjoy it right when it arrives. The steak was served in small pieces, which I'm not accustomed to, as I prefer it served as a whole piece. The salad was just okay.

This was my first visit to Houston, and it was also my first time trying this dish. It was delicious, and I think it would have been even better if I didn't have my allergies. I would definitely return to try other dishes since they have a great selection of food.

The cha gio were disappointing, and I couldn't even finish one. I suspect they purchase them frozen from Costco. The bun rieu was decent. My brother really enjoyed the banh xeo. I also appreciated the murals inside the restaurant. Overall, I would rate the food a 4/5. View menu

I ordered the BBQ pork sandwich, and it was incredible! The bread was delightfully crunchy, fresh, and warm—definitely made recently. The pork was perfectly tender and had just the right amount of sweetness. I can't wait to try more items on the menu; I will definitely be returning with my family!

Additionally, my family of five only received three waters. I thought the waiter would come back to bring more, but he never did. Just like another review I read, they took our order, delivered the food, and then vanished. They didn’t check on us even once! When my brother requested extra sauce, the waiter simply said, “okay” and then started laughing at us, which felt quite strange.

The table arrangement is pleasant, and the ambiance is enjoyable. The food is decent but not impressive enough for me to return, although the bread is fresh and tasty. The restroom is clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. They only serve you once and don’t return to check on you or offer refills. This is a great place to enjoy classic Vietnamese dishes. Overall, I have no major complaints. However, if you’re looking for Bo Ne, there are better options out there. The dish here is decent, but the meat wasn’t as tender as I had hoped, and there were fewer pieces compared to what you might find at other Bo Ne restaurants. That said, we tried other dishes here that were actually much better, like the Bun Cha Ha Noi! In summary, while the Bo Ne didn’t quite measure up to other places, it’s still a solid choice.

A friend recommended this place for their special dish, bò né. My friend and I both ordered the combo, which included steak, sausage, and a meatball. The bread was super fresh and warm, served with pâté and butter. You can enjoy it however you like, but I prefer to spread the pâté on the bread and top it with the steak and eggs. Overall, it was quite tasty, though I think the steak could have used a bit more sauce. I really enjoyed the meatball and the broth it came in, which was perfect for dipping extra bread. All in all, it was a solid dining experience.

I've visited this location several times, and the service has consistently been excellent and quick. We usually arrive just after the lunch rush, so there's always plenty of seating available. I love the creative murals on the walls! I typically order the Bo Ne Houston (the Original), and it never disappoints. The portion size is just right, and the steak is both tender and flavorful. I've also tried the Bo Steak, which is equally delicious, featuring a generously sized piece of perfectly sizzled steak.
