"One of the best known Vietnamese restaurants in Denver! We have been coming here for over 20 years. It was my first introduction to Vietnamese cuisine and I have been hooked ever since. When I'm here, I always get their sweet tea to drink. It is not like southern sweet tea at all. The taste is almost like Lemon Nestea. They serve it with a lime and have free refills. We always order their spring rolls for an appetizer which comes with peanut sauce. We add sriracha to the sauce for a little garlicky kick. For my entree I almost always have the Vietnamese combination noodle bowl, but today I had their fried squid. It is lightly battered and tossed in lots of fresh garlic, red onions, and scallions. My daughter ordered a squid dish as well, but it was not battered. It came in a sweet and spicy sauce that had red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onions. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The serving sizes are so big we always have leftovers. The wait staff is friendly and our drinks were always full. They have ample parking which is a plus and the restaurant appears clean which is always a plus for me. It has TVs going, but the noise level is not too loud. It is a great place for dates, family meals, or big crowds. Come try it out if you want authentic Vietnamese cuisine!"
