"Banh mi is not your regular banh mi. The ingredients for a regular banh mi is not correct. Looks like they just put whatever left over ingredients in the banh mi. Like y'all could have told me, y'all did not have the ingredients for a REGUALR banh mi. Thai tea is overly sweet!! taste like simple syrup!! Wasted money and tip at this restaurant. Never again!!The food is not good. Their eggrolls are sweet .. like why?? If you want Pho or egg rolls go to the other restaurant that makes pho. Forgot to mention, when I flipped the banh mi to inspect it, there was either mice poop or dead bug stuck in the bread. Keep in mind this is a plain roll not a sesame roll."

Very good food! This place doesn't cheat on your bill like Pho Pasteur (same mall).

The bahn mi sandwiches are some of my favorite anywhere. I recommend the lemon grass grilled pork. View menu

One of my go to places when in town.Looks can be deceiving, looks run down. They focus on the food not the atmosphere.Best shrimp spring rolls around. Bahn mi is very flavorful. The smoothies are real fruit and tasty, but a little high priced.Honestly never seen French pastries for sale.

My girlfriend and I decided to try some pho at Pho 99, but we were extremely disappointed with the customer service. Do yourself a favor and visit New Orleans Po Boys instead! We have tried many pho places in the Harrisburg area, and this restaurant has the best pho by far. The customer service was also top-notch, with our server being extremely welcoming and friendly. We can't wait to come back.

This used to be one of my go-to restaurants. I was a regular and they even recognized me when I walked in. The food was consistently delicious. However, my last visit on 4/15/24 will be my final one. I ordered my usual pho soup and spring rolls, but was disappointed to find a long dark hair in one of the spring rolls. It completely turned my stomach and I couldn't bring myself to eat the rest of my meal. Sadly, I will not be coming back. View menu

The restaurant's central air system is currently out of service, so they are using portable ACs and fans. As a result, the dining room is hot and humid. The bowl of pho is large with plenty of noodles and meat, but the broth is average. The tendon is not fully cooked and still tough to chew, and the beef balls are low quality. The dish lacks jalapeños, but includes bean sprouts, basil leaves, and lime. The summer rolls are disappointing, with only three pieces of shrimp, noodles, and shredded iceberg lettuce - no herbs.

I swear these 1 star reviews are from fake accounts from the owners of the pho place across the way. I've been here hundreds of times over the last 5+ years. The food is just simply better than pho 99. The grilled pork banh mi's are my favorite. The spring rolls are amazing. The pho is awesome. The Vietnamese chicken wings are delicious. This is one of the best restaurants in Harrisburg. It's rundown, but they've never been out of compliance with their food inspections. The quality is consistent. My only complaint is that there can be a language barrier at times. It's never stopped me from being able to order though.

"We’ve been wanting to try Harvest out for a bit, and finally stumbled upon it after a movie last weekend. The menu is seasonal and most ingredients are sourced locally, from the spiel we got when we sat down. We ordered an organic cider to drink, as well as a glass of moscato. We got the crab dip appetizer to start. The crab dip wasn’t warm when it came out, and didn’t come with nearly enough bread to eat it with, which was disappointing for the $20 price tag. We ended up paying extra to get more bread just to enjoy half of the dip so it wouldn’t go to waste. By the time we got the additional bread, the dip was ice cold. The entrees were excellent and the star of the show. We tried both the seared scallops, which was recommended by our waiter, and the braised short ribs. The menu is curated with sides, although additional sides are listed at the bottom for an additional charge. Both dishes were really good and came out piping hot, as it should. Prices range from $20-$40 for entrees. We did end up going for a dessert, which wasn’t very sweet. We would skip the apps and dessert next time and just go for the entree. Service was super hit or miss. Our waiter was either checking in often or would go missing for 30 minutes, seemingly always when we needed something. The ambiance inside the location is nice and I do look forward to seeing the menu change with the seasons. I just expected a little more out of the experience due to the prices.Dietary restrictions: They are happy to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions."
