"We had a great experience at this restaurant last week, enjoying the fresh salad bar and the baked spaghetti. However, when we returned this week and ordered the spaghetti again, it turned out to be quite dry. We asked our waitress, Gert, for extra sauce, and she first brought us a small dish of cold sauce. When we requested that she warm it up, we waited about 10 minutes for her to return, but when we added the sauce to our spaghetti, we discovered that it was actually pizza sauce, which ruined the meal entirely. To make matters worse, the manager was in the back throwing paper balls at his staff and didn't come out to address our concerns. We were surprised to find that we were still charged for the inedible food. Overall, we felt very disappointed—not only with the error but also with how the manager handled the situation."

"I’ve always called to notify them of these errors, not to complain, but to help them improve. Unfortunately, it happened again tonight. When I picked up our order, I was distracted chatting with another customer while paying, so I didn’t notice the total. Once home, my wife discovered that her order was wrong and checked the receipt. To our surprise, our bill was $73.34, including tax, for two meals, two dips, and a large chips and salsa. When we called to address the mix-up and question the charges, they confirmed the bill was accurate and claimed that the large chips and salsa cost $20! So, my advice: if you choose to eat here, dine in for the complimentary chips and salsa and to ensure your order is accurate."

"I haven't had ribs this good in a long time. I am usually quite proud of my own rib-cooking skills, but the ribs cooked on cherry wood at this restaurant were absolutely fantastic. The servers were very helpful. Don't let the 4/5 rating for atmosphere deter you unless that's a deciding factor for you. I will definitely be returning for the barbecue."

"Use to come here alot when I lived in Busco. GF at the time loved the place and a nice dish with some Crab Rangoon ordered up for her got me in some cheeks that night! That good folks! Was close to home (at the time) and got me straight! Food is excellent however and the Crab Rangoon is a must get at this joint! If you live in Churubusco I would be hitting up this spot on a regular folks! Fresh and fast! good quality and value to go with it. Get some take out to take home. Who knows it might get you in some cheeks! never know?"
