I ordered takeout and experienced a reasonable wait time. The food was outstanding, particularly the pizza. The atmosphere was nostalgic, featuring charming vintage decor. They also had a salad bar that appeared fresh and provided a diverse selection of options.

This was hands down the best Italian food we've ever had. We tried six different dishes, and with tax, it only came to $50. This is probably the best restaurant I've ever visited in Churubusco. The staff is always attentive, especially when errors occur with orders. One time, I received a pizza with the wrong toppings, and not only did they correct it by making a fresh one, but they also gave me the mistaken one for free. However, when we returned this week and ordered the spaghetti again, it turned out to be quite dry. We asked our waitress, Gert, for extra sauce, and she first brought us a small dish of cold sauce. When we requested that she warm it up, we waited about 10 minutes for her to return, but when we added the sauce to our spaghetti, we discovered that it was actually pizza sauce, which ruined the meal entirely.
