"I ordered from here for the first time and thought I’d give it a try. Overall, the food was good. However, I do have a couple of complaints. Firstly, I wish they included a description with the “cookie cake.” It was completely different from what I expected. When I asked about it while placing my order, the girl didn’t mention that it was an actual cookie. It ended up going uneaten for $7, but that’s fine. My last issue is that the cheese was outside of the mozzarella sticks. It was clear that whoever packaged it saw that, but they went ahead and boxed it that way anyway."

Worse pizza ever. It was so greasey I couldn't eat it, wouldn't let my husband feed it to our dogs. Had a bowl of cocoa pebbles instead.

Very disappointed with the GARLIC knots. They were dry, burt and only tasted like plain bread. Maybe they should call them oily burnt bread knots.

I am from NY and worked in a NY pizzeria for 10 years, Been to Brooklyn's many times classic NY style pizza never been disappointed with their pizza or anything else on the menu (their Veal Parmesan Sandwich is awesome)

Absolutely dreadful experience! The management was terrible, and the customer service was lacking. They didn’t pay attention when taking our order. The wings were disgusting, and the Philly cheesesteak ended up in the trash. I wouldn't recommend this place at all!

Manager with tattoos and muscles was very rude to an employee in front of the entire restaurant and I was over charged for my food 45 dollars for one pizza and garlic knots which we only got 8 knots )we got a pizza with ham on it and the ham was all fat we will not be coming back View menu

If you're a fan of New York-style pizza, Brooklyn's is the best spot I've found in Concord (and even Charlotte). Even if I were in New Jersey, where pizza places are on every corner, I'd still choose Brooklyn's. In fact, I wouldn't even give it to my dog, as it would be a shame to waste such delicious pizza.

I recently dined at a restaurant that really stood out to me due to its spacious dining area and multiple TVs broadcasting sports events. The waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, which was especially appreciated given the size of our group. The food was delightful; I tried the green log and zeppola, both of which were delicious. We also enjoyed freshly baked bread and flavorful dishes like manicotti and calzone with artichokes.
