Valerie is amazing! Always does whatever possible to make our visit memorable. The Pineapple Mojito is absolutely fantastic. They don't have sparkling water on the menu but the soda water from the bar tastes just as good.

I ordered over $70 worth of food and they forgot to give me my wings so I had to go back to get that. What's worse is when they gave me the wings they were thrown into the delivery bag so all the flavors were mixed together. Will never order from here again. View menu

I visited the restaurant around 1 PM with my wife and sister-in-law, and there were hardly any other customers present. We were seated but sat there for 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the waitstaff. After waiting an additional 5 minutes, we decided to leave.

I have been visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings for several years, but the service has steadily declined. During my last three visits, it took more than 20 minutes for my waiter or waitress to introduce themselves and take my drink order. Furthermore, they frequently mix up orders, either getting the wing flavors wrong or leaving the sauce off entirely and then offering it as a side! I just want them to get my order right.

All of the wings were cold. Our waitress was not attentive and unbusy. I was very disappointed in the service. Our appetizers came out with our food. We didn't have sliverware, she asked if we wanted appetizers and left before we had a chance to respond. She didn't offer refills we had to repeatedly ask. Valerie was her name. I hope she does better. This didn't make our experience great at all. Hopefully management see this. View menu

Buffalo Wild Wings, you had me excited for your lemon pepper wings! I ordered a 20-piece lemon pepper wings, cooked three times crispy. But what did I get? Only a 10-piece order! I had to call the restaurant to let them know about the mistake. They said I could come in to pick them up, so I got ready and headed over. However, when I arrived, I had to wait for them to cook the additional wings. They made it sound like everything would be ready when I got there, but I still had to wait for them to prepare the food. Buffalo Wild Wings really needs to pay more attention to orders!

so i had ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and i prefer a SIDE SALAD. so when we got to the side salad part, i said i wanted a cobb salad. she said ok what do u want on it and that was it. the bill come out and it said that the side salad that i ordered was 12.99!! so i asked why is it this price, and she said that a cobb isn’t a side salad. so what im trying to figure out is, why didnt. she either tell me that a cobb isn’t a side salad and its a separate thing OR i can only get the whatever side salad they had. i dont like how she didn’t communicate and explain to me, so that wouldn’t have happened. and besides who is eating a WHOLE salad, with a BIG chicken sandwich. i just need better...

I can’t rate the food because we never received any. 2 PM on a Sunday afternoon the restaurant wasn’t that busy but the wait staff seemed to be taken by surprise and overwhelmed by the amount of customers they had. While waiting at the entrance we noticed several tables that had no food and people seemed to be looking around for a server. The young lady at the door asked us and the group in front of us, how many in our party’s. She then stepped away to go speak to a young man, it was at least 10 minutes or more.
