"Stopped in after a backpacking trip in the Beartooth mountains. Food was average at best especially considering the price. Service was terrible. They got our drinks wrong, they got our food orders wrong. We were scoffed at and had to request multiple times before they would give us condiments. I was told to use the condiments off another persons plate before the owner brought me any. A $15 BBQ special came with a single chicken thigh, 1 piece! Man sitting at a table near us got two pieces of chicken upon request, not sure if he had to pay extra for it. They asked where we were from and then we were ridiculed for being from California. Jan the owner was very hostile towards us. Bathroom was disgusting, couldn’t wait to get out of that place. I get most of their business is from tourism so they can skimp on the food and service because most customers will never be back around again, but I don't know how this place stays in business. It’s probably self-funded as a hobby by the owners that moved here from Pittsburgh. My freeze-dried breakfast from that morning on the mountain was better than my sandwich from this place. Each sandwich had a single piece of deli meat in between the bun. It was like eating a $15 roll of bread."

What a nice surprise. We dropped into town for lunch. The staff were very friendly and worked well together. The food was tasty, hot and fresh. I was very pleased with the barbecue sandwich I had. Would definitely go again.

Stayed there a few years ago and it was easily the worst place I've ever stayed. Food was ok but the owners at the time were horrid and refused to give any refunds even though the cabin was in far worse shape than described. I will never stay there again.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. Had the cheddar bomb burger, it was good. The place could use a little updating, but it is in a vintage type of town. The staff were really nice. Thought the prices were a bit high, even though it was the special of the day. View menu

I was there visiting my son for Thanksgiving. Jan and Leo were so lovely and welcoming to me. David, Chad, and I had Thanksgiving dinner with them and had a lovely time. The restaurant was wonderful. We had coffee and played a board game. Had a blast. Can't wait to visit again this summer. Love you Jan and Leo.

The potato salad was worth the drive from Texas ... Secret recipes are always the best! We had the ribs, and a grilled-outside-on-the-deck-hamburger and they were both outstanding! Very friendly server, she had the best recommendations and was helpful with us and everything we needed. Food served homemade and fast! Would go back in a heart beat!! Ohhh! And The Huckleberry Shake!! Get one! It was the best!!!
