I had asked for a medium-well burger, but it arrived nearly raw in the center. While the outside was cooked, the inside was barely done. On a positive note, I did order dessert, which was the only enjoyable part of the meal. Is it possible to receive a refund for the burger and fries? Thank you."

I ordered a milkshake, but what I received was simply chocolate milk blended with ice. The burger was overcooked and made from subpar meat, served on stale bread. The onion rings were also excessively cooked. I cannot recommend this restaurant. View menu

This restaurant is quite disappointing. The food is of poor quality, and it appears that they don’t take care in what they provide to their customers. I would suggest avoiding this place altogether. They shouldn’t even be permitted to serve bottled water!

To make matters worse, the restaurant refused to replace the missing item and did not take any responsibility for the mistake.

This restaurant is actually Roma Pizza. They've opted to launch a burgers and shakes menu on GrubHub, but the choices are quite limited and the prices are higher than normal. If you want a burger from Roma Pizza, it's better to order directly from them. This experience feels somewhat misleading, and I don't intend to order from this particular version of the restaurant again.
