"I went to this restaurant today with a group of five. The food was good, but the service was terrible! When my friend asked the waiter some questions about the menu, he had no knowledge about it. She then requested a grilled cheese on a gluten-free bun, but was told it couldn't be done because the cooks didn't speak English well. I had to remind the waiter for dressing for my wings, as he had forgotten. The restaurant was not busy, with only 4 tables and 2 servers, yet the service was still extremely poor. Today was one of the top five worst service experiences I have ever had. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed!"

We were not sure what to expect when we walked into this restaurant, but we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and high-quality products! We highly recommend it- the concept is unique and most of the dishes are homemade. View menu

This was my second time going to BV and I'll definitely be going back soon. If you want a delicious burger with spicy fried pickles, this is definitely the place. They have a variety of burgers in addition to traditional beef like boar, bison, lamb et.al.

Was within walking distance of our hotel. Arrived close to closing. Wish they would of just told us the kitchen was closed when we walked in. Rather than rushing us through our dine in experience. Food was good, they have the best sweet potato tater tots.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, with a variety of burger options available. The presentation of the meals and service were exceptional, with no complaints. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes offered. I highly recommend trying the elk burger. View menu

Got the veggie burger, total was about $20 only to realize it was Dr.Praeger's! I could get it frozen from trader joe's down the street. There was no added value from any other topping so super disappointing. My little brother enjoyed his kid's meal (also about $20). Total ended up being close to $60 with drinks, tax, and tip for a place that's pretty lackluster.

I ordered the Village lamb burger cooked medium-well. While I found the burger to be good, I wouldn't say it was particularly delicious. It was also not as hot as I would have liked, despite there being only 1 other person dining in at the time. The wheat beer they had on draft tasted watered down. However, a positive aspect was that they served a generous portion of fries and the beer was a pint size, so I left feeling satisfied. The waitstaff were also very kind and attentive.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
