"what a find in Bisbee! 5 star food and service. Service was one of the best if not the best we have ever experienced. The service was attentive, friendly and flawless. even with a large group upstairs they didn’t miss a beat. Our server Shaikah was amazing. Food was outstanding I recommended Salmon on flatbread and the Proscutti and artichokes were a hit!!! We wish we didn’t live 4 hours away as this would be our favorite place to dine. when in Bisbee don’t miss Roka"

Cafe Roka never disappoints. The boneless short ribs and vegetable lasagna were excellent. The wine list from nearby Sonoita vineyards is wonderful and the service is truly 5 star. Weekend in Bisbee... Roka was recommended by a friend. It did not disappoint. Excellent service from our server Sean and the rest of the staff. Our entrees were wonderful (Garlic Shrimp Lobster Ravioli, Seafood Sampler special) what stood out for me was the Short Rib Ravioli with a Rosemary Red Wine Reduction... Wonderful. We finished off with a Grand Marnier Creme Brulee and a White Russian. I absolutely recommend this Bisbee fine dining gem.
