"we decided to drive to Bisbee to celebrate my birthday (5/3) would not have been there for 3 years, and we really enjoy the trip. after a small walk it went to lunch in bisbees table. this was a Friday, and at 1:30 a.m. the restaurant was packed. So, went around the shopping center, and came back as one of our favorite tables was deleted. there are several tables in the bar, but only two on the window, and we are happy when we sit there. you can see the bisbee mining museum right above the road, and it is such a beautiful building. After we settled, we ordered 2 old bisbee copper city ale on draft, and it was brought immediately and cold. I noticed polnta on the menu, and I didn't have it in so long time that at once I had a request for it. actually the court meatball with polnta. it was so delicious that I'm sure we'll go next time, I'll order it again. two very large meatballs, in a really exquisite tomato sauce, were sitting on the creamy polnta. this kind of eating is in the way too much for me to lunch, but I ate everything. my man had the fish and chips, and was very satisfied with the joyfulness of the fish and the spice on the fries. he didn't leave any crumbs on the plate. but when we had such a big lunch we had no place to dessert, even though it was my birthday. service was very pleasant and efficient. we love the atmosphere and were very happy to have a great lunch here."

"The staff of this mediocre restaurant is surprisingly curt and rude. The food is passable--nothing great. Our waiter had an edge of irritation and impatience, which I could understand if it were busy, but there were only three tables occupied in the restaurant the whole time we were there. The host was also rude and abrupt with our party--four adults. The rudeness was frankly puzzling, given that there were so few customers and it was only 7 pm. I'm attaching a photo of the sign that greets customers as they arrive. It is a good representation of the poor culture and management of this dumpy, mediocre bistro. Could they have made the words DO NOT any larger? And for the record, we did not seat ourselves. Instead we waited for an irritated hipster with a greasy manbun to seat us. For our part, we were being nice and good humored, though all four of us noticed the surprising rudeness. I'd suggest the owner take a close look at the company culture. There are very few restaurants in Bisbee, and maybe this accounts for the arrogance, but it certainly doesn't excuse it. The food was ok. I asked for a combination plate with a soft taco. The taco came out drenched in grease and hard as a rock, with tough, tasteless meat inside. Skip the beef dishes. The rest was ok El Torito-quality fare. Nothing special. The whole time, the restaurant's PA system was blaring frenetic rap music in Spanish much too loud. It fittingly captured the attitude of the annoyed staff that that could barely tolerate the customers. Guess how soon I'm going back."

"St. Elmo survived Prohibition by selling into a soda shop and also if you know the regularly patronized by celebrities such as John Wayne and Charlie Sheen in Bisbee. This Dive bar could be one of the oldest bars in Arizona since 1902. I 've been a couple times and they never let me down. This is the dive bar and you can mingle with the locals. Though, I 've met so many Europeans such as young German, French couples chilling at this place. You can mingle with Hitching post Saloon peeps here too. Hitching post saloon is another dive bar in Bisbee Once, I ran into Pool Tournament at this place. Dog friendly, by means that no one gives a **** if you bring your dogs inside the bar. Arizona courts have held that the constitutional right to bear arms is qualified and subject to reasonable regulation by the state, so don 't be surprised if you see open carry in town or near the pub. Why do we love the dive bar? Because no perverts regardless of male or female creepers who are looking a casual sex just for fun to USE you. We all know this is a community space, you 're safe and sound. Recently recognized as the historic dive bar by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Still Tourists not heavy town. Even I do not like Tucson, AZ, I d like to come back Bisbee in this winter 2024. I ll wrap up with a great lyric; Last call for drinks, I 'll have another stoutWell, I turn around to look at you, you 're nowhere to be found. I search the place for your lost face, guess I 'll have another round Tom Waits"
