"Ordered sonoran enchiladas with chicken. They placed the chicken and cheese under the enchiladas instead of on top, wasn't a fan! The masa was thicker than normal by the time I got to my 3rd bite masa turned hard. Great place to eat- however I wouldn't recommend this dish! Pet friendly one can eat on patio with your furry buddy. Meatball soup is delicious! Need to lighten up on the salsas -their mild was spicy. Parking: If one gets there early can park out front , however get there later and one has to park on the hill or find parking across the street.... It's free, but limited parking! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible IF one doesn't park in the space where ramp sidewalk begins. They need to place signage at this entrance to NOT block off sidewalk entrance ramp.."

Service is not good. No utensils, no napkins, no water, no condiments. Chips were stale. Waited for ages for our bill. The waiter was not professional. Lots of room for improvement. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

If you want to have great restaurant service in Bisbee, Arizona, I recommend that you skip Contessa's Cantina. When we arrived we were immediately seated, and then for 25 minutes totally ignored by three wait staff. The restaurant was not overly busy, so I did not understand why we were ignored. I tried flagging down our waitress, just to be ignored again. Finally, we walked out, and found Taqueria Outlaw for a great lunch, and great service. Service: Dine in

Dropped over $70.00 for dinner, which only included one skimpy basket of tortilla chips. That's just chintzy. Cheese crisp was burnt, had half white cheese and half yellow white cheese, and little flavor. Everything – the cheese enchiladas, the carne asada chimichanga, the red chili con carne – was nearly flavorless and less than bland. Salt couldn't even save it. And it wasn't carne asada, it was picadillo. The rice was mushy, the beans okay. The Dos Equis tap beer was cool but not cold. How this place garnishes 4 1/2 stars is beyond me, other than it might be relative to the lousey other Mexican food restaurants in the area. Never going back.

"My wife and I tried this place last night. We had heard some mixed reviews, but never about the food. Spoiler: We are going back soon. I had the half rack of ribs with French fries and a small salad. My wife had a Ruben sandwich and devoured it. The salad was simple with head lettuce, cut tomatoes, and cheese. It was small but fresh and very good. Later I was glad it was small as the ribs were incredible. With a choice of BBQ or a Burbon and molasses sauce, I chose the later. These were no babyback ribs with a little meat between the bones, this was a half rack of meat with some bones stuck in it! Some might call them St Louis or Kansas City style cuts, I just called them stupendous. The sauce was sweetish without being over bearing. The meat did not fall off the bone but gave way with a little coaxing. Just perfect. A warm damp towel provided with the meal was welcome and used between each rib after first licking the sauce off my fingers. Unfortunately I have little good to say about the fries. Thick cut with the peal on and lightly seasoned, they were an oily, and soggy disappointment. Perhaps a baked potato next time. The service was efficient but some what aloof, however I wasn 't there to make friends. I came to eat. And they fed me. Double P Roadhouse may well be included in our regularly visited places to eat. Its not a tourist place, just simple decor and good food. Edit: The next visit, the ribs were still great and the baked potato (rather than French fries) was also very good. The waitress was much friendlier this time as well."
