"I go to this Carl's Jr quite a bit tonight when I went through the drive-thru there's a huge poster in the window saying $5 combo. The manager that was taking my order at the drive-thru told me that there was no such thing and I explained to her thatis literally on the poster in the window she told me again that this is not something they offer. At this point I told her to goahead and just give me two regular famous stars with lettuce mayonnaise and cheese only. I had to repeat this three times andthen she told me no mayonnaise add tomato at this point I was over it after working a long day and said you know what I'll justgo somewhere else. Her reply was okay and left it at that. When I went into the restaurant to ask for a manager to tell her ofmy experience she said she was the manager. And she was on able to give me a corporate number or a website to go to for myconcerns she also told me that the sign was misleading but however there was no such combo and it wasn't her fault. Not the bestcustomer service I've had at this place before."

5 stars across the board! My food and service was excellent. Especially the girl who helped me in the drive through Alissa. View menu

Prices are ridiculous. Rather go to In-N-Out Burger. The fries are half empty when asked for medium. This location does the same thing as the other location on mccarran marketplace.

Went here for 2 western burgers and criss cut fries on tuesday at 11pm. They ended up giving us superstars with regular fries and the food was sloppy. The whole burger was bathed I mayonnaise and ketchup and slapped together. If you want a burger with your sauce go to this place. I won't be going back

Thank you, TJ and Vincent! I truly appreciated the excellent service and fresh burgers, especially for a late-night drive-thru. It's reassuring to know you’ll get a meal that’s fresh instead of something stale. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a late-night bite—they really know how to take care of you! View menu

What is it with Carl's places? They're always either too slow or not responding or who knows what else... Another location that on 11/1/22 around 1230 am was open and had employees inside but nobody was respondent in the drive thru. This company is gettingworse and worse, they need to improve on their customer service end big time. Ended up going to McDonald's. They actually HADcustomers at this hour.

The wait time was more than 15 minutes to receive food when only one in drive lane. Was asked to pull around and park. No receipt was given when food was brought out to car even though I asked for it. Food was substandard at best. The napkins were stapled together. I would like the meal replaced. I have not eaten at carls jr in years. What a massive disappointment. The one star on your branding represents the one star quality of your food and service.

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
