"Did not give us what we paid for TWICE. I ordered wings and tenders along with a sub sandwich for my family. I selected garlic parm as my sauce selection for my wings, but instead recieved seasoning on my wings. Perhaps I would have let that slide as an error, but upon checking the rest of our food noticed the chicken tenders looked like 2in microwaveable chicken nuggets. $9 for some microwavable chicken nuggets, and $15 for wings without sauce but seasoning?!? This was very shady business practices and taking advantage of customers. But after reading other reviews I now see over the last year this place has really gone down hill and this is a regular problem with this location."

Everything was just average. I lived only three minutes away, and I had to put my pizza back in the oven when I got home. That kind of defeats the purpose of takeout.

I ordered a meal and never received it, when my mom called to inquire about our order she was met with terrible customer service. The worker yelled at my mom and accused our neighbors of stealing our food instead of acknowledging that his driverdelivered to the wrong address.

I have had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. Each time I've visited, they've made mistakes and show no willingness to correct them. When I called to request a remake, I was advised to just place a new order instead. On top of that, I asked for a well-done pizza, but it came out burnt and extremely dry. This is the second time this has happened, and I definitely won’t be returning.

Best afterthought pizza I've ever had! Friend and I closed down the nearby brewery (beervana? And came here afterward. Excellent choice and my friend is a vegetarian, so it's just as good for them as well. There was only one person in the place,but they were personable, friendly and courteous (which was unexpected and very welcome . Excellent pizza and my family is fromChicago, so I'm versed. Enjoy! I just called at 9:40pm and asked to place a pickup order and after the employee on the phone asked for my name and what I wanted (small cheese pizza) he laughed at me and then hung up. This has NEVER happened to me at this location. We called back again to place an order and he said the system was down and they could not take our order...if the system is down and you cannot take orders why are you still open and answering the phone if you don 't close till 1a.m.????????? I went to Chanellos for pickup order. The restaurant environment isn't inviting at all. The dinning room tables were filled with pizza boxes. The glass windows, counter tops, and tables were unclean. It took approx 15mins for people in the kitchen to greetme and take my order. Inside the kitchen looked unorganized and uncleaned. It took 25mins to receive my order. I ordered a largemeat-lovers pizza and garlic wings. The total came to $35. When I got home, the pizza tasted under cooked and the garlic wingswere extremely dry and overcooked. The food wasn't good at all and was extremely over priced. I definitely do not recommendthis place.
